Just found your channel and i love your approach. Really interesting stuff.
Good video. I'm in the process of buying hunting land in central KY. Will be looking to incorporate some of these ideas.
Thanks! Good luck with the new property this season.
Good info thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!!
What a great sight!
Good times exciting!
Looking good!
Thank you for the info!
I made the mistake of cutting some trash trees down close to my Stan and they bust me when I go in to hunt. 👍

Great explanation! New sub.
Thanks bud!!
I have done almost exactly what you’re doing here and the next year it was like night and day as far as deer sightings. You let that sunlight in they got more cover and structure on the ground-they love it 👍
U shape v shape Hour glass seem to be good shape for food plots
You’ve done a lot of planning on your layout. Excellent job of explaining it. Nice job! Thanks for giving me some ideas.
Thank you. I'm so glad this episode was helpful! Good luck this season!
Great info thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!!
Thanks for sharing. Good information. I personally prefer to have it logged often enough to prevent the closed canopy.
Very helpful and given me some good ideas for my hardwoods. Thanks
I'm so glad to hear that was helpful. I will be covering more topics like this in the near future. Thanks for the comment!
Good tips thanks fr sharing that is going to be another great food plot!
Great video Great job going to really be a great food plot I know your hard work will make a difference I wished i had property to do these things maybe one day thanks for sharing
I'm glad you are enjoying the videos! Thanks for watching.
That would only work where water is scarce.
I have a creek running through the property and a pond, and it absolutely works. They use it every day. The key is putting water holes in areas deer will already be traveling or feeding.
False
Great ideal!
No need to remove the cuttings and burn. That's a lot of extra effort, and they make some cover for small game and birds. They will rot away in a couple of years in any case due to being soft wood with hollow pith.
It will be here before you know it!
Nice song bro
I fail to understand the resistance to rye by so many. I think part of the problem is many are in areas with a lot of ag as I am. You are not going to compete with Joe Farmer! I want something that helps and attracts deer after the crops have been harvested and rye and radishes are awesome. Deer here will dig down through the snow for both all winter and come spring the rye is the 1st protein available when the really need it. I let the farmers around me plant the clovers, beans.corn and such. I'll not waste time and money on anything but that combo on my plots.
I totally agree! Unless you have large scale equipment to plan corn and soybeans then rye, wheat, radish and other brassicas work perfectly for the fall and even into the winter. I have had really great results planting rye grain and will continue to add it into my fall planting program.
Great work!
Thanks bud!
Great Job Congrats thanks for sharing!

I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching!
lots of great times!
This is amur honeysuckle. Bush honeysuckle is a much smaller plant (2-4' usually).
Yep, very familiar with it. I have been dealing with them on my land for years.
Yeah if you won't use chemical don't even bother. Have never seen people that pull make much headway except if willing to put out a lot of physical energy and large time commitment.
Great shot Congrats!
Thanks bud!
Thank God you made a nice shot switch to fix blades
Expandable blades are my favorite! They fly so nicely, and this deer didn't make it 70 yards.
In Michigan I noticed that we had a much earlier peak rut, but the rut is for sure totally done now.
The late October cold front definitely made for some good pre rut hunting this year!
