Yes. Sohang's song from two years ago 편지 (Letter) was ambiguous whether referring to a message to God or to an appreciated loved one. But she's said she was surprised how often people request it as a wedding and anniversary song.

Great reaction Grant! Another song off her Album I really like is ,”Wonderland in My Dreams”. Takes this 71 year old back , not sure how she does this to people of all ages , religions , races and wealth is perplexing to me but it is not necessary to know why , just to relax and go on the ride with her. I am a fan of over 12 years and she has changed me in ways I am happy with, she truly is a , Soul Repair Woman. Hi Grant. Thanks. I'm glad that you discovered her Album. She has been busy this last year. The Blonde Sohyang has done some TV theme songs and Live performances, and now she has this new album out "Diva" with several gorgeous Live Clips like this haunting love song. She becomes more elegant and flawless each time she appears. She has also been busking in France and Spain, I think, singing songs flawlessly in both languages. With Sohyang, listening to a Studio Cut is to be cheated. She is perfect when singing Live, and we get to see her perform, which is always spectacular. Cheers.

This song and most on the album "DIVA" are created by C. P. K. (C=Chae Dohyun, P=Petrea and K=Kim Sohyang) but I get he impression that the lyrics are mostly done by So Hyang. These lyrics have little or no rhyming pattern as is common in most Western culture music. It may be an Oriental thing but the concentration is on phrasing content that tells the story. And it works. The absence on rhyming is hardly noticed (at least by me for a while). I think it is genius and brilliance to be able to achieve music like this. Another song in this album, "'Til You Love Me Again", demonstrates the same thing, with only one obvious rhyme, "door" and "forevermore". The rest is phrasing which tell the story. Of course, So Hyang's performance is spot on. I really think she is intentionally holding back to preserve her voice. An example of this is "Angels" ("In the Arms of the Angels") which she sang in Spain on the Moving Voices busking tour. It is simply angelic. Oh yes, she can still belt a G5 but now she knows she doesn't have to to get the comforting message delivered. What next?

I totally agree with you. She looks happy and healthy and we know now, that was not the case at all in her so-called prime. Anyway, i love to see this mature Lara and i forgive her that she confused the lyrics at the beginning, that only shows that she sings live❤
