How did you reinstall the plastic seal? Did you buy a new one or was the black adhesive still worked, just wondering before I change the side mirrors on my premium to the jdm folding ones.

My 1989 PGT would overboost to 12lbs. Love that car but it's manual trans is glass.

So I might be a bit late, but when you’re reinstalling the panel at 1:54, you can use a 8mm to push the inside of that clip and pull it out with a needle nose pliers to hook it back to that plastic panel piece to put it back on

Was looking at getting one of these for my 24 SR5, big question for me is how good is it about keeping water out of the bed?

What size are your wheels? And what size are known to clear the 4pot body? I tried this on my 22 and my 15-17 18 inch STI (18*8.5) wheels didn't fit, neither did the stock wheels but that was to be expected

My big hang-up was the seatbelt plug - I assumed it needed to be connected to prevent the "Hey, buckle up!" chime. It looks like you're just leaving it disconnected, though?

I have spinal stenosis and get random sciatic pain. This helps a lot brother! Will keep this in mind when I get my VB. MyTRDPro 4Runner hasn’t given me problem tho thankfully.

I did bonded title on my 89 probe gt , my 3 years is up in October. Mine was out of the system for years but man over the 3 years I am not sure I wanna get rid of it. I still have not seen one in Vegas driving around, taken it to a few cars and coffee just a fun car! Mine was at a mechanic shop and sit there cuz the owner didn’t wanna buy for the work done to the car ,well the shop was closing and the owner gave the car to a fellow who helped him with closing the shop up. It then sat in helmet California where this guy had it. From not working and out of the system to running and clean title in October! Keep it! I even picked up a 95 probe gt in exchange for some bbs wheels I had sitting around. I got that one running too and will be registering it soon, I may have to also bonded title !

Wow nice job I have a 1990 probe fully loaded 28,414 miles, turbo and its a auto transmission it's now really a parts car unless I can look under it, and there is no rust eating long story why my buddy left it sitting there and now gave it to me the title would not be a issue I'm in CT. last time it ran was 1993.

how much are the sti calipers? do they come with the dbas?

After a month, what are your thoughts? I’m in the Austin area too. Is it a cloth material? Their site just says “OEM Style Materials”. Just starting my search so I’m sure it’s out there already.

Did you put any deadening mat directly behind the speaker?

Yea its a decent daily but youre gonna need to change the timing chain, get valves adjusted, replace the pcv valve, new filter, radiator and thermostat to fix the cooling issue then a good wetsand, cut n buff. And i guess the seats.. then change tranny fluid with new filter, new fuel filter, flush the power steering fluid, flush the brake fluid, change the oil and filter and shell run for another 5 or 10 years if keep oil changed and dont let it overheat..

Shes got a bad lifter tick.. needs timed and valves adjusted.. before it starts banging a piston against that lifter..

Might as well upgrade the brakes to z32 or g37s

Ok now.. those painted flares give the car a whole new stance/look. I really like it dude. Keep up the great work. btw, how's the paint holding up so far? Has Subaru done this paint job, aesthetically this car would have had a whole more positive acceptance from enthusiasts.

Uh oh. I’m putting 315 70 R18s on my 2023 SR5 but already have a 1.75” lift in front and 1” cornfed spacer in the rear. We’ll see how it goes LOL!

I would've topped it off with water until you find the leak. Then I would completely drain the old coolant and replace it with new.
