    Thanks for getting to the point. I’ve watched a dozen videos and nobody actually shows the pulley removal or tools needed. Even better that you made your own.

    Will this work for both clutches?

      It probably would but the primary can just be taken apart. At least in mine. Six bolts I think. And you can leave it on the machine.

    Cannot for the life of me loosen the clamp @ 2:30. My bolt seems pretty rusted and it's in a hard to reach position, can only fit wrenches in there, even then it doesn't seem to work. Any advice for removing this? it's a 2017 silverado 1500 btw.

    • @robbieroflcopter6855
      @robbieroflcopter6855 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hit it with some penetrating oil, heat it up, let it cool and hit it again with some oil. If that doesn't do it you might have to cut it off. 2017 is different BTW so not sure how closely it will resemble what's in this video. Good luck!

      Robbie Roflcopter no problem. Just bought the exact same truck and looking to make it a little louder without buying a cat back system, and don’t want any interior drone.

    Pretty good DIY design, but overkill for a 16 lb projector. Each 1/2" bolt is holding 4 lbs. The mount must weigh more than the projector. I used to hang my 100 lb CRT projector from a single 5/8" bolt.

    • @robbieroflcopter6855
      @robbieroflcopter6855 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mostly like that because of the channel- those bolts fit perfectly and slide nicely. A smaller size would not. Additionally, they add rigidity I think. But yeah, from a weight perspective, definitely overkill!

    Robbie, thanks for your muffler videos. I didn't realize I had the GM performance exhaust already installed on my new 19 AT4 until I saw your videos. Dealership didn't give me the window sticker.. ordered another, still waiting but Hoorah I'm pretty pumped. Thanks again and nice looking truck..we have the same color and 6.2😁

    Do you happen to know the diameter of the pipe after the Y in the back? I'm considering doing something like this but cutting out the resonators in the back as well.
