It probably would have been a good idea for me to reroll, but I decided to just play it out. I got Alexei on the Beginner Banner, which was terrible because he doesn't become good until level 60 or a high star level... But I'm making my account work just fine. I think it was going to be too much work, personally.

i like my gacha games. and love my persona games but this sounds terrible. i feel like they could of made a much more amazing game if they just steered away from gacha.

If it's on par with something like Honkai: Star Rail it'll be pretty fun to mess around with. What's really going to be telling is what the gacha system is going to be like. Is it going to be f2p / very low spender friendly? Or is it going to be greedy? And that goes way beyond "can you beat content", because let's be real, gacha are fueled by people wanting to play with the characters you want to play. Pity rates would have been good to include in this video, because that's one of the absolute most important things to tell people about a new gacha. Pity rates, pull rates, are they going to go full greed and include trash like event battlepasses on top of regular battlepasses on top of multiple monthly cards on top of... etc. A game can be absolute garbage no matter how pretty the presentation, if they add too much BS, because they always nerf how quickly you get currency or other necessary items if they add more ways to spend real $$$.

Happy I found your content! Not many gatcha channels have such immaculate vibes. I feel like SoC is still in its growing phase so it's definitely not a bad Idea to step away while they iron out the bothersome kinks... Going through the epic seven story rn while I wait for that to happen :p

One of the fun things I like about spiral is that all the different skills you can customize your character with and try out different builds. One of my characters that wasn't even legendary just healed herself and allies continuously whether she received or dealt damage. She also had moderate defense to be in the front line. I always used her side by side with my heavy damage dealer units.

Wish you the best of luck! I found your channel through SoC, but I agree that I'm not really feeling the daily grind. Even the latest weapon trials don't feel rewarding when you have to follow strict guides to beat. I'll stay subscribed & check out some other games, maybe they'll be something I like!

Your videos are very high quality and I think GF2 and Persona X have a lot of potential. I stopped playing SoC 2 weeks ago, beautiful, cool characters, but events and daily stuff are super boring (games shouldn't feel like work)

It's good to not be stuck to one game, even if it's the one that started the growth of your channel. I've seen it often in channels where they eventually get burnt out on playing the same gacha game for years until they get burnt out, so having variety is never a bad thing.

So many gacha games needing to be covered. For me it will make it easy to make daily content with videos weekly per game. I have thought about streaming other games as well. But just keeping up with Gachas takes enough time as it is lol. A year for now i will most likely have 10 gachas I am actively playing with 5-6 I am making content for.

Been really looking forward to Metaphor and Diablo 4 as well! They've fixed so many of the issues I had with d4, and the new class feels like a showcase of the lessons they've learned along the way! And Metaphor feels like a mix of everything I love from games like SMT, Persona, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, etc. And hell yeah on being here for the video game hype and discussions about navigating the world with marginalized kids. As much as I love Sword of Convallaria, I'm more than happy to hear about the other games people are excited for

Sad that you are slowing down on SoC. You have been one of my favorite creators to watch. A lot of people in the gacha space are very cynical and negative. But your videos always had a great positive attitude that I really appreciated. I'll keep an eye on your channel for now, but I don't know that I have interest in those other games. I'm hoping Girls Frontline 2 will be good, but I guess we'll see. I've never tried Persona before, but it does look like it has a nice style to it at least. Anyways, best wishes and thank you for the contents :)

I like Leonide and going to go all in in him . Even if i have Edda and Col. ( I was disappointed that Col not a boy). Btw it looks like Leo is one of the scariest oneshot type characters in this game. You can build 3 charging abilities on him . And he will just do this absurdly high theoretical dmg . Maybe even not all 3 charges but 2 charges and +15% hp passive just because he lacks hp for perfect dmg crafting. 1200 atk and 4k hp to utilise full dmg potential of charge. You need many hp. 2.3 times more than atk. And even after that ... 😂 He have his passive which just bring +40% atk( which will screw you ower bcs there is limit of how many hp you can put on char just mathematicaly since you already have such big issues) and 50% armor pen . So we so far we have potential 560% atk nuke to solo target . ( Personally only thing that i want to change would be...add Aoe dmg on one of his charging skills ) so. 560% of 1200 is... A lot. And if count his passive it could be even bigger. But i haven't seen char with hp increase buff so far. So just in theory our boy Leo can do about 7k non crit dmg while ignore half of enemy defensive capability . On his own. If . Just if. You buff him and manage to crit this numbers will grow by ... I think about 1.5-2 times. And now this is total oneshot for most enemies in game. But. One. He can kill only 1.😂😂😂 Totally character of all times 😂

Since the newest update, now you're allowed to use your units from the main story (which doesn't consume stamina from the units from this mode).

not sure if its been said but blessing from sanctuary does not lower stamina. It lowered the luxite power of the sanctuary which recovers over time.

Not much of a guide when you skip over levels 28, 29, 30 and 31.

Congrats to everyone on the new characters! Cocoa took me to pity, so I’m in saving mode for now. Looking forward to the changes to global that everyone keeps teasing, though I’m sure there’s only so much they can do to diverge, so I’m trying not to get my hopes up. I doubt they’d be allowed to implement a wishlist or more solo reruns, but something like increased rewards or duration for the shard farming event sounds doable.

THANK GOD with the Acambe update, they literally let you use your leveled characters (with abilities, and equip stats, but no tarots or item skills) auto battling with level 58 characters makes the grind so much more bearable
