I had a leaking top valve cover gasket for over ten years in my 2002 Mazda Protege before it got fixed. That being said my last oil change got done at 20k miles felt like an ingrown toenail pulled.

Since you have an air compressor, air cleaning the pad a few times helps tremendously in keeping the pad clear of removed plastic etc. Acetone vapor at the end gives it the final clarity.

Good clear video. It might be just me but I feel more satisfied when the area around the parts worked on has been given a good clean. Easier to identify any leaks and minimises crud build up before the next service/repair.

Its not that east theres that one screw thats right next to the radiator and has an A/C line almost directly over that screw. That screw is almost always missing but when it isn’t… its a pain.

1/2 quart or 1 pint does not come out the filler hole when filling. you over filled it

My brake lights stay on, but no signal left or right or hazards pop up. Could this be the issue? My grounds are good, I’ve used the tester to my 4runner and seem to pass. But still the issue with my trailer lights

The VTM-4 fluid is transmission fluid. Use your favorite brand. NAPA sells Eneos dual pump fluid if you don't want to buy from dealership. Amazon sells many different suction guns or fluid extractors You can pour the lubricant into them then force into differential or transfer case. If you own a Pilot don't forget to service the transfer case!

Doggone it. I was having trouble removing the fork so I went to TH-cam, found your video at the top and you didn't show how you got the fork off when you were having problems.

Great video, I bough mine in November 2021, evidently it had little maintenance done, I've been doing the service myself, only thing I haven't changed is this fluid, I had to change the differential, (had my mechanic do this one, since I don't have the room and back there I did not have the skills), did not ask if he changed said differential fluid. That's a great dog assistance by the way. Great job!

To answer about the pattern, it wasn't great but not terrible. It should be higher up on the drive (convex) side. Ecgs and Timmy the tool man have s 98 min video on it. They set the Pinon and carrier using measurements without the seals or sleeve installed, verify good settings, then add those things in end retighten to the measurements that produced a good pattern

So there's a large side cover seal on the passenger side. Trying to replace it. How do I remove the old seal and install the new one?
