අවන් නෙකෙන් බැරිද
අවන් එකේ උෂ්ණත්වය නම් පාලනය කරන්න පුළුවන්. ඒත් තෙතමනය බ්ලෝවර් එකකින් එලියට ගන්න බැරි නිසා නියම ප්‍රමිතියට වියළා ගන්න අපහසුයි. රත් වෙනවා විතරයි. ඒ නිසා අවන් එකකින් විජලනය කලාම ආහාරවල රසයත් පෝෂණ ගුණයත් ගොඩක් වෙලාවට විනාශ වෙනවා.

සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ආහාර විජලනයට අවශ්‍ය උෂ්ණත්වය සෙල්සියස් අංශක 35 ක් 45 ක් විතර වෙන නිසා ඒ උෂ්ණත්වයට plastic උණු වෙන්නෙ නැහැ. Temp controller එක හදාගන්න පුළුවන් සෙල්සියස් අංශක 50 ක වගේ උපරිම උෂ්ණත්වයකදී bulb එක off වෙන්න.
