My introduction to Gong was the YOU album. It became my go to record when tripping - Long Live Gong.

Sounds very good. Apparently just done on a mobile phone? That was a great evening, lovely to hear Sid's Song again, sang at the top of my voice. Think they did 'Night Life' too.

I love the guitar technique, just as Edgar Froese from Tangerine dream used all the way back in the late 60's, but as far as all of the supernatural woo bullshit, for which there is not one shred of factual, nor even viable evidence, I can do without, and it's a shame you are putting that shit in peoples heads, as our real biology, physiology and psychology (AKA Reality) is actually real, and much more intricate and fascinating! Only a better understanding of those leads to true understanding of ourselves, truth, beauty, and wisdom! There's no magic in how and why we have certain experiences when we hear sound in different forms, smell certain smells, see different sights aa9process information), and it's not some cosmic influence from some outside agency, but rather due to the electro chemistry (biophysics) of our brains which have been well researched and the body of work is just growing. I understand People want to believe all kinds of absurd shit, as it has the same origins (our brains), but mere believing doesn't, and cannot make truth.

What a cracking start to the day that was. First gig we made it to after setting up tent. Wonderful day

First hearing for me. First comment ,, boring. Like a lot of Prog bands it seems that word means just play the same thing over and over and over again. Seems to me you need some drug supplement to listen to them. We all have our likes and dislikes so please accept this as just a personal preference.

Here in los angeles i got this lp when it came out as a young guitarist steve h blew my mind this music helped me shape my music for years to come not just a band this was something ELSE J watt axehammer cheers

Nottingham last night - Fabulous music, fabulous Band - This IS Gong in 2022 ..... There is no other - a brilliant set combining the traditional and new - The whole 2hrs was a very high vibration - Rejoice and Master builder even stood above that..... Emotional! Kavus is the right incarnation to hold the batten and continue running... Everything a music lover could wish for!

It was a fantastic gig.....full moon blazing outside too. What a night.

Is Kavus Torabi a little more extraverted than Syd Barrett was? Amazing that Gong is not dead, although most of them are ... Barrett, Zappa, Prince, and of course Jimi!
