Will this do well for well water?

I would love to purchase one of these systems but I don't have a drain in my garage

Why would this randomly fail? It ate all the salt and has a countdown clock. It won't let me access any programming. The water icon is flashing.

The entire system failed catastrophically, causing resin beads to clog all of our water pipes and appliances. This severe malfunction affected our faucets, washer and dryer, refrigerator, toilets, and every other water-dependent fixture in our home. We have incurred thousands of dollars in costs for materials, labor, plumbers, and tools to attempt repairs, yet the issues persist, leaving our plumbing system completely compromised. Our experience with customer service has been equally disappointing and unacceptable. They have refused to cover a single dime of the extensive damage caused by their defective system. Additionally, they refused to send anyone to retrieve the failed unit, instead instructing us to personally transport their faulty equipment to a FedEx location. This demonstrates a complete failure in both their product and their commitment to customer service, leaving us with a serious and ongoing problem. Their response to the extensive damage and complete system failure was entirely unacceptable. They offered to merely ship a replacement system, but we have lost all trust in their products. We are seeking a solution for all the damages caused by their defective system. This includes, but is not limited to, compensation for the replacement and repair of our toilets, faucets, refrigerators, water heater, washer, dryer, and any other affected appliances and fixtures. The extent of the damage to our water system and appliances is significant, and their inadequate response has only compounded the problem.

I just wasted $700 on this product. Plus $650 for a plumber. Aqua sure has no one you can call to get help with. I received a defective head now I have to either pay plumber again to install new head or send back total unit. I choose to return unit. Don’t trust aquasure at all. Don’t waste your money

So you dont set the water hardness in the aquasure brand? Only the regeneration cycle?

I recently purchased one of your water softeners, to my dismay 😩 there was no owners manual or assembly instructions. I get upset when McDonalds forgets to give me a straw, you can’t imagine how unset I was over this. Watching videos they all say fallow the instructions in your manual. Gee I wish I had one😡

If you have questions after seeing this video, read the manual. If you still have questions, hire a professional plumber. Just my advice based on experience.

If you're going to put a bypass into the plumbing, do I still need to use the factory bypass valve. It looks like it comes apart so that I could just put the inlet/outlet npt fitting directly on. This would reduce my plumbing profile.

Finally found the issue for me. I opened up the back panel of the digital controller and the blue wire was not pushed into white connector. Two phillips screws and it comes right off. It wasn’t a wire that would have popped out from shipping. So someone didn’t push it in. Been working great since then.

Does the regeneration happen everyday?

I had 1.5 in /3.5 mm ... 1.25 in /or 3.0 mm would work too.

For capacity, higher the number for more of use or less use of water?

Hi, we are receiving an error message on our replacement control head that was sent out to us because our first one was also supposedly faulty. The first one would allow us to reset and when the process of the back wash started it would never show the 15 minute count down. We are in the process of being sent a 3rd replacement control head after speaking with a customer service rep yesterday. Is there anything we may try differently with the third replacement?

You didn't show how to connect the water supply lines ?

I have a 56SE and the gears are having a problem. Popping sound and not rotating. When I remove left one it stops. I think I need to line it up better than the middle one. Can someone please post a picture of how it should line up before regenerating? I never should have removed it.

So since there was no instruction on the drain component, I lost the pressure in my reservoir. Now what? Please show complete instructions instead of just trying to look better than the other guys..

I’ve noticed mine doesn’t count down on the gallons of water being used. Im not sure why but that tells me it’s not regen at 1k gallons at my Airbnb.
