DIY WEDDING CONFETTI
Episode 3 in the DIY Wedding Series of the La Luxe Bride Wedding Blog
3 ways to make your own confetti practically for just a few pounds!
I managed to make 16-18 bags out of the flowers I featured here and up to 20 bags using 6 pieces of tissue paper.
For my hole punch I used 0.6inch from Fiskar
www.fiskars.com/en-us/crafting-and-sewing/products/punches/circle-pop-up-punch-6-124830-1002
The bags I found in my local craft store but there are so many on amazon. Just search self sealing Plastic bag. Approx 3 x 4 inch

So cool and so helpful. Thank you for all the tips
Can you tell me where you got the nice script or what poem you used?
This is brilliant, thank you 😊
This is the tutorial I have been searching for you have made this project look really easy!!! I can’t wait to do my signage. THANK YOU!
Thank you so much for this ❤ super helpful
Awesome! I love this! So cool. No cricut needed! 🙌
Whats the thickness
How long do the petals last for once they are dried out?
What pen are you using please
Warum wird 2 Stifte verwendet ? Ich verstehe nicht 😅
can you share table sign ideas for beach wedding? 😊
I learned from your previous video using vinyl and have made lots of wedding signs and thank you so much. Can you help me with a process to do pictures on the acrylic?? I love this video you did as well
this is amazing. I am working on a sign right now and i wanted to get a flat gold back so i wondered if i could use gold spray paint to avoid any streaks, any experience with this??
Thank you for this video! I made this sign for my wedding and it was really easy and turned out great!
Wonderful!
hey, rasterbator for me comes up with errors constantly do you know how I can print it without using rasterbator- all the other steps are done
Thank you very much
You are welcome <3
This video solved so many of my issues, thank you!
Just wanted to say thank you so very much! Every tutorial on TH-cam a cricut (which most people don’t have!) was needed or it was free hand. This was a life and $$ saver! Thank you so very much!!!!!
Glad it was helpful! I wanted to get the circuit look but with a hand drawn touch! Best of both worlds here :)
Thank you for this video. I will use it for a baby shower sign.
Girl! I created the board yesterday! it was so much fun, I did struggle to find the right pen lol but the outcome was amazing! Thank you for the helpful tutorial.
Yay! Thank you! <3
This looks great. Could i wash the paint off and re use the board?
Ribet bun
What size is the glass?
Great video!😍
Can you help me find the Acrylic boards where pictures can be placed
This is a fantastic tutorial!! Thank you so much for this!
Can we reuse the acrylic glass after? Is there a way to remove the paint safely
Mine just stook to the paper and became unusable. 😔
Basing a memorial plaque for a wedding around this video! It’s been so helpful!!!! Thank you!
I just want to cry. This is so beautiful. I am 2 weeks away from my wedding and no welcome sign. Super expensive everything is and i am exhausted. This is so cool. I'll do this ♥️♥️♥️
This is perfect thank you for being so detailed!
How would you adjust the setting for a smaller sign?
Thank you sooo much for the detailed steps on making this! You’re awesome 🤗💕
Thank you so much! This was so helpful and easy to understand!!!
I don’t usually comment on video but thank you so much for doing this video without a cricut… so grateful for this cheap and inexpensive way to make these signs. Thank youuuuu
Omgosh THANK YOU!!!
This is an amazing tutorial! Do you have any tips for the painting. I am finding even after three coats, when held up, it is very transparent and you can see every brush stroke 😱 It looks good when I’m painting laid flat on the table, but held up looks terrible 😞
Awesome thank you for sharing I’m also a new subscriber 🤗
Is it possible to remove the paint from the acrylic sign?
Amazing! Me and my future mother in-law and sister in-law have been drying rose petals out for months 😍
Thank you for your video, I have a question u purchase the glass 75 x 55 and the canvas u se the size by 91 x 66 ? how is this possible?
Amazing step by step! Everything worked out amazingly for someone very new to this! Thanks a lot!
I am having some difficulty… my sign is 18x24 and my paper keeps printing too big. Can anyone tell me what i’m doing wrong? It’s set to 18x24 on canva and then i just drop it over to raster but I must be missing something… HELP
I had it in IN so maybe this was the issue! I changed it to cm and will try again.
Okay I changed from IN to CM and am still having the same issue. I measured my papers laid out and it’s giving me a sign that like 24x24 rather than 18x24…. i’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
I must be the absolute worst at this…. could you maybe send me your email so i can add you to my canva? I am trying to get my thing to print to fit 16x24 vertical acrylic board.
18x24*
@@atHomewithMrsB HI! Did you guys figure out how to fix this issue? I am having the same problem and can't figure it out!
This was awesome! Thank you so much!!!
Quick question: what kind of paint did you use for the acrylic sheet? And would it come off or is it permanent? I’m working on a friend’s wedding. LOVE ALL YOUR IDEAS!! ❤️💋🙏
is it also possible with opal (milky)acryl? Have anyone tried it before?
ASAP - can we reuse this acrylic sheet again? If so how
I’m hand-writing and painting a sign for my son’s upcoming wedding. You have given me some great ideas. One little tip, if you will: be careful while using some strippers on the the acrylic. Some strippers may have an undesired effect on the acrylic.
I live in Egypt and my wedding is in three weeks, I want to use the local flowers here and dry them out. It is starting to get very hot here, is it better to let them dry naturally or place them in the oven? I will be taking the petals directly off of the tree. Thanks! (Fab channel)
