I love that your music isn't overly complicated and within the capabilities of a standard chuch choir while surpassing typical reformation hymns with extreme reverence! This is the music of God. This is what we as a church have needed!!! ✝️

Mr. Jernberg: I have recently purchased the score to the Mass of St Monica. There are significant differences between the recording here and the printed score. Please, I am not angry or disappointed, I just wonder if you have a hard copy of the parts that I'm hearing here. I love the dissonances, triplet rhythms in the Gloria, appoggiaturas, the moving notes at the onset of the Lamb of God. Just wondering. Thank you.

In my opinion this is one of the most beautiful renditions of the Pater Noster.

The Fire of your Love was instrumental in my journey into the Catholic faith. This mass remains to me the ideal of what a novus ordo mass should be, and its beauty compelled me to continue looking into the church's claims. The Trisagion, in particular, got me to look into Roman Hurko, especially his Divine Liturgy of St John Chrysostom No 3, which is also an amazing work. I'm in the Latin Rite, but I do love certain things from the east, like the Jesus prayer, the Trisagion, and cherubic hymns.

It aches to feel so divided from the people in this video due to our differences in belief. But, as a Protestant, I deeply respect the traditions of the Catholic church and find beauty in most of it. Praise God.

Protestant here. Thank you for this beautiful music. I love and respect the history of Christ followers throughout the ages, even if we have doctrinal differences.

Shame the celebrant didn't want to use the appointed recitation tones at the canon (it encapsulates perfectly the root cause of loss of trascendence in Catholic liturgy: sloppy clergy + lax rubrics) Only from the end of the canon, at doxology prior to communion rite, did he eventually catch up with the congregation (= choir acting on its behalf) making the rest of the eucharistic prayer solemn. All in all however, a great effort. Music quality is high. I prefer Latin for Ordinary and Proper, rest in English. Thanks for posting.
