มุมมอง 2.1Kหลายเดือนก่อน
When I started as a creative in advertising, I was taught to hate Gary Vaynerchuk. But when I started in business, I gained a lot of respect for what he's built and how he thinks. In this interview Gary breaks my brain about the traditional notions of creativity, the flaws of being an industry obsessed with awards rather than real results, the frictionless future of shoppable content, and why s...

Thank you so much for this, amazing interview. I've been following Adam for a while now and it's incredible how forward thinking he is. I'm an Italian screenwriter and producer trying to do the same here in Italy, I'm actually writing a tv show for TikTok that has Cobell Energy as a reference. This interview gave me so many eye-opening insights that confirm that this is the right path to follow. Thank you again guys!
Bro is HIDEOUS and a snake oil salesman. If i gotta 'like' a ugly person? I'd rather just like TRUMP and enjoy myself! Fukk this shlep - MONEY or no money.
Gary you needs to visit Anfield the crowd can determine the result
she is really toxic .....
I like how he mentioned consumers being to buy during episodes Peacock is testing that now with a few of there shows specifically Bel Air there’s a section where you can buy majority of everything on that specific episode
We all know where real Culture is being created but that a conversation for another day
You can't appeal to everybody, make it interesting to a select group
This was therapeutic to watch. Thank you both 🙏❤
I love Gary's passion, and I think the challenge to our thinking on context, platform and story is strong. But the comment about generational trauma is COMPLETELY out of context. You diminished the true meaning of this statement as it relates to the racism, violence and persecution that people have experienced across many cultures and countries. Please do better when it comes to how you use terms like this. Workplace Trauma, MAYBE/YES (depending on hundreds of micro factors). Generational Trauma, absolutely not.
You fear what you don't understand
agreed
Great stuff man
I buy this book after this video... Can wait to read it. Thanks Mo
Any feelings I had about Gary before watching this evaporated as he began to say all the things us art directors and copywriters are thinking about the advertising industry. It’s an ego fest. AND nobody care about your ad. Preach brother. 🙏
For the entire 40 minutes, I'm trying to figure out whether that spot is on my screen or the video camera.
Wtf are you talking about Gary?
This is great. Thank you for sharing.
First person I’ve ever heard say “we don’t tease, we just drop”. We are all so exhausted and bored with brands, musicians, and movies doing this 🤫Coming Soon crap. It feels old and ultimately egocentric. Good on you liquid death.
