reicast or flycast for low end phones?

1:35 Is it me or the speedometer starts to totally freak out when you try to challenge "???" ? I don't know if it's intentional, a bug or an emulation issue. But since that car appears out of nowhere it kinda gives some sort of paranormal aura to "???".

I Have Reicast On My Amazon Fire Tablet (Generation 5) And It Runs Really Well But There Are Some Issues. 1.The Movies Have Framerate Issues And The Audio Sounds Laggy. 2.Some Of The Textures Don’t Appear. (Expamples: Telling You Which Port To Use And Everything In The Select Character Screen Is Missing. Only The Characters. 3. When Watching The Credits. The Images Don’t Appear So, It’s Just The Credits Scrolling Up On A Back Background While Listening To The Characters Music Theme. 4. At The End Of The Credits, The Ending Images Don’t Appear. 5. As I Saw In Your Video. Sonic’s Eyes Look Like Some Of It Fell Off. Can Someone Tell Me How I Should Fix This?

Jeez. the z weighs 750 kg and has 660 hp. It basically has an almost 1:1 power to weight ratio which is nuts. I wonder if the real life midnight club devil z had these or even better statistics.

Oh man, I played this game so much back in high school/college on my brother’s Dreamcast. I remember trying to beat the last boss soooo many times. When I finally did it was because he just happened to get stuck on another car.

I put the bios in the correct places and the games too but when I boot the bios it just sends me to my home screen, can you suggest another dreamcast emulator that's compatitable with my phone ? im currently using a Samsung galaxy j3 2016 (smj320fn)
