Tips On How To Brush with an Oral B Electric Toothbrush
Thanks for this video, wish I had learned these techniques years ago!
Very helpful video!
Thank you very much! I'm 73, and my FIRST oral B is being delivered today. Great demo - . EXACTLY what I needed! Got a recommendation for a light for the bathroom to assist me to SEE what I'm doing? BTW I have all my original teeth? Thanks again ❤❤❤
Apprecite it. Just got this tooth brush and it’s way more powerful then the disposable electric brushes. This helps me more confirm getting g the most use out of the new more expensive brush. Thank you. Way better than the last 3,4 videos I watched .
I don't know why I felt the need to say this, but this woman is really beautiful
Thank you!! Very thorough . ❤
I have a for the first time a electric oral b toothbrush and I am very thankful for this video, I didn't know how to brush my teeth
I'll buy something from Ridge when you guys get some REAL paint on the car... ....I can wait.
Am I the only one that tried counting out lout with my mouth open like she did as she was doing it to see if you could do it as well as her????
I'm glad I found this excellent tutorial. My first time using an electric @ 58 and you explained the technique so clearly. Great job!
How do you avoid hitting your teeth with the wand?
I just tried using the oral b . I have braces and it seems to do pretty well on the lower teeth but not on the upper for some reason. Thanks for the tips. You are very pretty.
Thanks so much I really appreciate this video, I use to have a Sonic Care , I like my Oral B better. Great tip on the tooth paste.
So no longer need to hold the brush at a 45 degree angle in order to get below the gumline? I thought that was important.
The light on the White Mode won’t turn off. Won’t that drain the battery?
Passing this on to friends and family. Eye opener. Thank you.
Oral-B
I gave you a sub. Last week I bought a Sonicare from my dentist. I liked it when it worked. I returned it yesterday showing what it was doing and they agreed, it wasn't working correctly and offered to replace it but i said no then went to Walmart to get the Oral B.
Bad breath and Acid Reflux almost destroyed my life, l was so depressed to a point that i don't want to live anymore. After countless of trials I was able to get total rid of it bye Dr ohanon🥀🥀🥀🥀
This really helped with my brushing anxiety.
loool is such a think even exist? :D
Thank you very much for your explanation and for your important demonstration on yoursel .I understood at last .
Best brushing video❤
Thankyouu! I just started using it today and yeeppp splash zone because i turned it on with the toothpaste intact and not yet inside the mouth 🤣 And your video is super clear like you are actually in front of me teaching me the step by step! Thanksssss! 🤍🤍🤍
Thank you so much, this video has helped me a lot. I'm extremely grateful.
Thanks❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Question. Is the electric toothbrush just as good for your gums? I have a bridge and many root canals. Few real teeth left.
Excellent!
I actually found this video more helpful than the video that oral-b released. I just got confused as to when you brushed the chewing area, or whether you brushed it in the first place.
Me too! I was wondering what happens ro the chewing area. What an amazing video with wonderful tips, thanks for taking the time to share this, perfect!:
Well, I'm glad I watched this. I assumed the 30 seconds was per hemisphere, so a total of 1 minute. And here I thought I was doing well! :D
Can I replace the base of my toothbrush as it dies after 2 mins!!
Thank you for a great video that shows how to brush properly. I have been doing it wrong especially in the middle.
Also, don't brush immediately after eating or drinking. You should wait atleast 30 minutes. The acid from eating and drinking will weaken your enamel and you can do more damage to the teeth than good. Better yet. Eat and drink in windows, eat xylitol after which helps the ph and the good bacteria and to neutralize plaque. Then wait then use closys ultrasensitive mouthwash which further makes the ph better. Then brush then use listerine cool mint or original to further kill bacteria and neutralize plaque in between teeth and under gums. Then finish with act restoring anticavity mouthwash. Listerine, although great Will leave your mouth acidic but finishing with the fluoride mouthwash will help restrengthen your teeth and make the ph good again. Of you floss you should do it with toothpaste still in mouth so the toothpaste has a chance to remineraluze between teeth. If you have infection, gum disease, pocketing, receding gums, cavities, etc. Flossing can make the issue worse. It can also spread infection around the mouth. Especially if you are using the same spot of floss or 1 floss pick for all your teeth. You do however need to do something about interproximal (between teeth) cavities and also the bacteria and plaque under your gums which is what the listerine and closys do. If you are going to skip on flossing you NEED to make sure you are still filling the role of floss or it WILL get worse.
Thank you. Also, how do you know all this?
That's incredible thank you thank you thank you for sharing I needed your help immeasurably I appreciate it and I have discovered I have these pockets that hold bacteria(bad breath)and bad habits are hard to break but your skills are phenomenal and teaching me how to break bad habits and get a clean bacteria free mouth I'm usually to afraid to talk to people for fear that halitosis would run them away again thanks for keeping the ORAL-B 5000 trainee 's fascinated
This video is greatly appreciated, for people like me who are new to using an electric toothbrush. Much appreciation to you for taking the time to do this video. My dentist will thank you as well, as he is the one who has been suggesting that I buy an electric toothbrush. This month, I finally bought this Smart Clean 360 on sale at Costco, that will cut me short on finances this month but will hopefully improve my dental health overall.
Thank you!
Thank you!!!
wow for once someone who shows the actual brushing on THEIR teeth and not on a fake mouth model with a comically large tooth brush. thank you
Excellent. If anyone else is like me, it's a great idea to go back and watch this because I let incorrect brushing habits creep in. Thanks for putting me back on track!
How do we use this toothbrush to clean the skin above and below teeth and under the tongue and the roof of the mouth????
I v had this toothbrush for years, and when i went to see my dentist last week for a clean, he said i am not using it probably so my teeth aint getting properly cleaned. He did show me a video, but i still felt my placement wasnt good. I came across this video and it has helped so much. Its going to take a little bit getting use to holding brush properly and doing as good as you but ill get there. Thank you so much. Very easy to learn from this video. Ill probably keep coming back to watch it till i get it right
but its very difficult to use this technique for inner surface of lower molars ?? any tip ??
Omg this is such an excellent video. So much so I had to comment. Thank you 😊❤
I have been brushing the wrong way. I own a basic oral B . I wonder if I consider upgrading. Oral health is important.
Thanks a lot!!
Thank you M
The best and most concise advice on how achieve excellent results with an Oral B electric toothbrush. Thank you!

Thanks for this video, brushing will be much more pleasant now!!
Very nice! Thank you so much! Only thing is, when and how do you brush the chewing surfaces? I think I will go over them in between the front-back rounds.
Excellent demo. Thank you Denise. 👍👏
