Awww, look at Percy's stupid (/pos) little smile at 1:27- 🥺💖 He's so busy adoring Annabeth that he doesn’t even notice her being mere seconds away from tripping him- 😂 He looks so smitten and lovesick the whole animatic and I freaking love it- I also love how a lot of emphasis is put on the kids' relationships with each other, like how Grover and Percy hug at 1:05; how Annabeth grabs Percy's hand at 0:54 to run with him and then at 1:00, they're still holding hands even though they're just walking at that point; the way Percy relates to not feeling good enough at 0:27, and of course, whenever Annabeth sings "someone will notice me", Percy is in frame. I could probably ramble on and on about how much i love this animatic but then we'd be here all day, but I love it and the chemistry between all three of them very much! 💚💚💚💚

Little detail I don’t think anyone else mentioned is in the scene where Selena is holding a flower and Mr.D says he loves you not all but one petal falls off.I like this detail because yk the stereotypical flower thing where they pull flower petals and say he loves me he loves me not and whatever the last petal is is the correct answer. So Mr. D saying he loves you not when only one petal remains shows that he really does love her and that he loves me is the correct answer ( sorry if this made no sense)
