    Hi! Anyone know how to solve this? It works with the output "All Images Segmented Successfully in: 0.007 Seconds" but no processed images are saved. Do you have any idea about it?

    Anyone succussed by following this tutorial in 2021? I tried on my laptop (macOS Big Sur system) and my friend's laptop (windows system). Unfortunately, none of them works.

    When I click DiameterJ Segment, it rise Unsupported format or file not found, how to fix this? My imageJ version is v1.53e and DiameterJ version is 1-018. THANK YOU!!!

      I got the same problem. All of my operations are the same as the video, but nothing came after segmentation

    Dear Shidiq, Thanks a lot for the wonderful video. I have been trying your methods but unable to get results generated after orientation analysis. I guess this may be due to the software issues from latest versions. I am using windows 10 now. It will be really helpful if you can send me your imagej package with diameterJ plugin to me via drive.       Thank you, actually it just part of my task in class. I need to check my old laptop, but you can try using this plugin: imagej.net/_images/c/cc/DiameterJ_1-018.zip (I remember using this plugin).

      @@ShidiqHidayat Thank you very much again for sharing this link. I have tried this plugin but the problem persists. I think this is because the plugin is not yet updated to work with the current versions of imageJ. I believe that you might have used a different version of imageJ that might be suitable for this plugin. I humbly request you to share your package from your old laptop if possible. I will never forget your help.

      @@harunv6599 Please download my copied ImageJ (with DiameterJ plugin): www.dropbox.com/s/o65ud6e713n6aml/ImageJ_DiameterJ.zip?dl=0 I used ImageJ 1.5.0 and DiameterJ 1.018 and rerun smoothly with the same SEM image on the newest Windows 10 20H2 (64bit) with newest JRE. ImageJ 1.5.0: wsr.imagej.net/distros/win/ DiamterJ: imagej.net/_images/c/cc/DiameterJ_1-018.zip

    I have a question. Is the output from the files called XX.Radius.Histo.csv already in the converted unit (in this case micrometer)?? Because in the official training it is said it is in pixel but to me it seems that is already converted in micrometer.

      Yes, but you must set up pixel to micrometer in imageJ (from scaling line SEM image information)

    Terimakasih video tutorialnya mas. Btw saya ada masalah... kalau muncul seperti ini : MinError(I): NaN, not converging. Try 'Ignore black/white' options bisa diapakan ya? saya coba atur ignore black&white di images>adjust>auto threshold, tetap keluar seperti itu.

    Hi! I’m new to DiameterJ and was wondering if these frequency values are accurate? For some of my nanofiber images I can count maybe 10-20 fibers but then excel will bring up frequencies in the thousands?

      Maybe you must set up or calibrate pixel to micrometer from scaling line SEM image. Sorry for late answer.

    thank you for the video. I have a problem when I'm working with this, in segmentation step, in "log" box this error appears: MinError(I): not converging. Try 'Ignore black/white' options what should I do for this? the number of segmented pictures is less than what I see in video!

    Mas harus pakai torC untuk ploting di originnya? Kalau cuma Radius dan frekuensi belum di olah dalam TorC. Bagaimana?

      tidak harus, itu program yg tugasnya untuk mengubah frekuensi bin ke nilai asli... misal, nilai x ada n buah, menjadi x, x, x, ..., x(n) bisa dicoba di origin, yang input langsung berupa radius dan frekuensi, kenapa pakai metode itu, karena pengen plot manual, bisa memilih lebar bin histogramnya, kalau langsung gak bisa milih, atau mungkin saya yg belom tau

    Thank you for taking the time to make the video. Just a point to note, the diameter J plugin has a full training tutorial that you can get access to if you register with a valid email address. They will send you a numeric code that you need to access the training modules. The training looks like a quiz but you do not have to do that. The part you need to look at is the document hyperlink they refer to in each training (quiz) module. The document covers all the necessary steps on how you can use the plugin. The instructions are well laid out with images of each step.

      basically it's just a launcher program to launch the R script that can change the histogram data (bin data) to unbin frequency data. You can use any program language to do that. Example: radius 2 nm have 10 frequency, it become 2,2,2,2,...2 (10 times)
