They will send you a numeric code that you need to access the training modules. The training looks like a quiz but you do not have to do that. The part you need to look at is the document hyperlink they refer to in each training (quiz) module. The document covers all the necessary steps on how you can use the plugin. The instructions are well laid out with images of each step.

Hi! I’m new to DiameterJ and was wondering if these frequency values are accurate? For some of my nanofiber images I can count maybe 10-20 fibers but then excel will bring up frequencies in the thousands?
I have a question. Is the output from the files called XX.Radius.Histo.csv already in the converted unit (in this case micrometer)?? Because in the official training it is said it is in pixel but to me it seems that is already converted in micrometer.

basically it's just a launcher program to launch the R script that can change the histogram data (bin data) to unbin frequency data. You can use any program language to do that. Example: radius 2 nm have 10 frequency, it become 2,2,2,2,...2 (10 times)

Maybe you must set up or calibrate pixel to micrometer from scaling line SEM image. Sorry for late answer.

Yes, but you must set up pixel to micrometer in imageJ (from scaling line SEM image information)
