@@tomnorth1329 I agree. I hate North Hills.. Its not walkable.. not relaxing.. so many damn cars flying by.. so much traffic. You cant just take a stroll and what is there? Just a bunch of shops and some random eateries, with some bars. I dont see the point? I mean if you are into the mall experience then that place is for you. Basically you live in a mall. I am not into that. That is all North Hills is... A BIG MALL with apartment buildings sorrounding it..they threw in a hotel or two and a movie theatre. That is all it is. So if you into shopping and have the money to shop everyday then fine. I much prefer the old downtown.. nice and easy walkable place... for random strolls.. nice parks. If you must shop there is shopping among museums and theatres... lots of places to eat if you need to be eating out all the time. I like it..

Right on. I fly into Colorado a lot. But rdu flight options are not always the best. And if someone is moving here thinking it actually snows every year I want them to have realistic expectations for sure

lol. That’s not our market. Even in one of the hottest parts of Cary we did 7k DD and 3k earnest. And were not the highest offer. We went 20k over and it more than appraised. Often listing agents price it a little lower than fair market too to get multiple offers in an attempt to drive up prices. And we NEVER wave inspections in our current market. I covered all this in the video, might want to watch again!

They stopped around the 70s/80s but yes you’re right there Also yes I misspoke there. Average tax bill is lower in Durham because lower property values on average.

Agreed! Was sticking to the major suburbs of Raleigh. Cleveland has a ways to come in terms of growth

@@realtorbenjamincarver that was my point…you talked about Wendell which is not a major suburb of Raleigh. Which may be confusing for people new to the area. I also am not referring to Cleveland specifically, all of it is technically Garner or Clayton. But I consider it different enough from both of those that it doesn’t fall into either. Just something to be aware of

Yeah so I got a quote from one company, went and got a second one that came in lower. And then every time I went to cancel the higher one they automatically lowered it for me. It was not even intentional and yet I saved probably a thousand doing that. I ended up with Budget.
