I also wanted to add, that I loved how she kept her grandmother’s perfume bottles. I came across my mom’s and also saved it. I take a whiff every now and then. It smells just like her.

Ok you’re used to your space so forget about the charm that it communicates! I used to live in the city, so I get the challenge of living and affording NY. Your kitchen is adorable. You did an amazing job. Mitch, great shot of her living space - living area and bedroom so we could see the whole layout and charm of her personal touches. And the before/after of the kitchen. Think of your apt. As if you were in a different country. You would immediately think it is incredible charming and a gem. You have done an amazing job making it homey and charming, and added an incredibly amount of style.

I would've made the alcove the Ikea closet & workshop (with storage) and would've split the main area into the bedroom and living room. If organized correctly, it wouldn't feel so cramped.

I think it's her personality and lovely sense of subtle humor that really makes her place shine -stuff is stuff but an interesting person is what makes all the things she has interesting - at least that was my epiphany when watching this video -- I think that is why style is hard to copy, it's like taking someone else's personality -- Okay , okay...I've gone much deeper than I meant to -- I intended to say... Nice Video, I like it!

I like his apartment. It's minimal, but feels lived in. A lot of white, but not sterile, homey instead. He's done a great job. Can't wait to see his next apartment.

It's a great studio! It seems to have tall ceilings, which make a huge difference in it not feeling claustrophobic/small. Don't feel bad about the apartment being small, maybe North Americans aren't very familiar with smaller (normal to me) liviny spaces, but a LOT of other countries do! I am Dutch and my apartment is also 35m2, and I live in a village, it's normal here, as it is in many other countries. Honestly, I love how creative it makes people, how all of us make it work, it's great.
