With respect, this analysis of yours has problems from a theoretical point of view, and according to Abacus's own documentation, I would like to draw your attention to the following content from the documentation, so that you can find out whether your analysis is wrong. If you intend to model curved beam structures, you should use one of the two methods described earlier to define the n2-direction directly, allowing you great control in modeling the curvature There are two methods that can be used to override the n2 direction defined by Abaqus; both require editing the input file manually. One is to give the components of n2 as the 4th, 5th, and 6th data values following the nodal coordinates. The alternative is to specify the normal direction directly with the NORMAL option (this option can be added using the Abaqus/CAE Keywords Editor). If both methods are used, the latter takes precedence. Abaqus again defines the n1-direction as n2×t

How about the stiffness analysis of bolted splice connection when you make it say at 0.5m and you input the theoretical length the full span between column in both major and minor direction. I have did one for my project and the splice is showing pinned. Would appreciate if you explain this case

The body force is a force, not an acceleration. You should multiply the gravity acceleration by the density of the material! On the contrary, you could apply a gravity acceleration (with gravity). Therefore the weight of the soil is too low in your model.
