Why is this lovely outro solo not on the recorded version?

Frankie (Toler) gave me a signed copy of this after it came out. I sent it to my best friend who was caring for Frankie after his transplant surgery so they could listen to it. My friend passed not too long after Frankie did. Wish I had that copy now. This track was my favorite, thanks.
