Regarding 2023 clearly the Fantic 125 Competition

@@sumoraw I have a question whether Fantic is a brand and whether you recommend Fantic XMF 125, because I'm wondering which one to choose: Fantic XMF 125 or Aprilia sx 125🙂

@@Lord_Kaszanka As i said - regarding the bikes (Fantic 125 Competition / Aprilia 125) in 2022/2023, clearly the Fantic. Concerning both current models, i've no idea.

@@maximilianbognar349 Ok. Up until 2020, that was no problem at all. Fantic has been installing its own engines in the Euro5 machines since 2021. It is therefore not clear to the owner, which control units were installed and whether the electronic throttle cable would also be "b5" in them.

The carburetor setting isn't changed - it fits well with the xracing slipon. But to get the xracing to "pop", all you have to do is turn the carburetor mixture screw 1-1.5 turns clockwise and increase the idle speed. 😉

@@HannesOtt You can find this golden screw at the right side along the bottom of the carburetor.

The original muffler and original manifold are plugged into each other. They are fixed under the paneling with just one screw. The XRacing slip-on muffler has the same manifold diameter, but instead of the fastening screw a fastening clamp. Welding or something like that is not necessary.

Due to the engine the Fantic.

The display shows the cooling water temperature. The power source is the ignition lock. The temperature sensor is installed in the upper radiator hose on the right side. The shape and size of the coolant temperature gauge was cut out of the handlebar padding of the Fantic XEF 125 and glued in waterproof with silicone.

Need more context. Do you mean this bike or only the exhaust?

The owner said, after inspection and testdrive a demo model at the local Fantic-dealer, he bought one of the available bikes from the local dealer. If you chose a "special configuration" for your bike, which is not available at the local dealer, you will have to wait, till your "special" bike is produced and delivered to the local dealer, where you bought your "special" bike.

Don' t know, cause i never before rode a 690 smc r. But compared with the 701 supermoto models 2017 and 2022, this 690 smc r model 2022 is clearly better.

Absolutely! The easiest and fantastic overtakings I had with the KTM SMR 990 cause of the insane torque and power. But over all SuMo's I rode till today, my overtaking-favourites are the Husky FE 501, KTM EXC 500 and Sherco SMF 500 cause of the agility, weight and power/weight ratio.

Surely tricky, but right there without any alternative 🤭

Yes, quickshifter and blipper are onboard. Except for starting, you theoretically don´t need the clutch and can leave the gas fully open while using the quickshifter. But practically the quickshifter of the 701 - equivalent to the 690 SMCR (KTM)/SM 700 (GasGas) - isn´t working so good and smooth as others like of the 1290 Super Duke, Yamaha, etc. Regularly you switch to neutral. Nevertheless this could be caused by the single cylinder and this 701 was quasi brand-new, as i rent it. 1500 km later, i was used to it.

@@sumoraw Ah ok thanks a lot. I asked because I rode a 701 a week ago and always shiftet without clutch and without gas. But it was really hard to shift and felt wrong so I used the clutch.

Definitely - the oil and fluid change is done every 30h or almost 2000km.

Exactly, i got this 701 in late April. The bench, which looks quite ugly, is a "power part".

In my experience nope! And besides the coloration is messy. Otherweise the Remus-slip-on truly supplies additional sound and power.

@@christoph_5998 na dann hat man paar mehr möglichkeiten. Mit enddrosselter cdi bisschen größerem gaser und scalvini anlage sollte die schon ganz gut für ne 4 takt 125er gehen
