What did you do is probably your question. On my machine I did the following: 1. I adjusted valves, 2. I replaced the spark plugs, 3. I cleaned and adjusted the mixture and synchronized the carburetors 4. I replaced the carburetors with another pair 5. I measured compression on the cylinders But the unstable idle was still there. I could not find the cause. But a mechanic told me that it is usually a phenomenon caused by uneven wear of the cylinders Finally, I decided to leave it in this state because the engine apart from idling had no problem in its operation
Hello from Spain Nick I have the same problem like you in my Transalp XL650V irregular idle, checked carbs, plugs, vacuum tubes, all OK but still irregular. Did you solve the problem?. If yes, tell me please what did you do? Thanks
@@lebe3267 My problem was solved changing the foam of the air pre-filter, the small one that is placed behind the main filter located in a small box. It was clogged and when replaced with a new one more open idle return normal.
What did you use to make that? I want to make that to put in my car just for security but i can't find the right electronics.. I like that blinking time delay where can i find those electronics to make? thanks
The construction is intended to simulate an alarm indicative that there is not. It is a very simple implementation of the known integrated circuit 555. In the video shows the plan of the construction and the list of materials, is also shown and the draft resistance to a 560om for activating, when removed the car key. I have posted the entire construction with photos and drawings here: Hellas Transalp Forum > Για το μοτοσακό! > Τεχνικά Θέματα > Φτιάχ'το μόνος Unfortunately I can not find a way from here to give you my email in order to send you more information. If you know how, inform me.
You can send me all the info if you want to evil.mike@hotmail.com.. I have started now in the world of electronic and i want to make some simple things.. In your video the led is a blinking led or a normal? and you use some resistances and another materials.. You have buy them or you have find them in some circuits at any electrodomestic? Thanks :)
Unfortunately not yet. I have adjusted meticulously valve clearances . Ι measure engine compression. I clean and I have adjusted the carburetors. Also i change the INSULATOR, CARBURETOR 16211-MAW-600 . But the problem remains, I have the impression that i have to learn to live with it. May i ask you what is your country? mine is Greece. CU
Nick Al I`m from Poland, do you checked also choke cables ?? Maybe you have problem with incorectly close choke. I check tomorrow this and write you if resolve the problem.
Łukasz Szczygieł Hello, again. Yes i have already check this. I will try to replace the 16118-ME9-671 CAP, CABLE SEALING maybe the problem is there. But i am not so sure the problem is there hat is your opinion? I am a member of Hellas Transalp Forum, you can find me there, as from here i cant send you link you can find me here : nickalamp@yahoo.gr
Sorry but trying to send the link i receive the next: ''comments can't contain links. Please put the link in your video description and refer to it in the comment.'' So search for Hellas Transalp Forum, click on ''ΑΡΧΙΚΗ'' then go down and click the '' Τεχνικά Θέματα'', then click ''Φτιάχ'το μόνος'' and in this page collect ''Μετατροπή σε Led των πίσω φλας XL650V '' with creator name Stoneman, hope you will be able to do this. I think you have to be a member to see the photos. Nick
These are classic 5mm high intensity Leds with 20 degrees angle with color clear to yellow. As these leds work with 2V voltage i putt 5 pieces in series so i get 10V and these series connections in parallel , so finally i put 9X5=45 leds. After with a three pin Adjustable regulator Lm317 i keep the input voltage steady at 10V. If you want i can email you the link at Hellas Transalp Forum to read and see it with photos.
Το εχεις το τρανσαλπ;
Όχι, τώρα έχω ένα CBF600SA8, αλλά πάλι κάνω τα ίδια, μπορώ να βοηθήσω σε κάτι;

You're just fucking with us right :)
Nope, Gear oil is the best for chain lubrication. Do some research online.
Alat alat nya apa aja bang
Hello solved problem ?

Hey problem solved ?
hello nick, can you please share the circuit diagram and list of parts please.
Hi Nick. Were you able to make idle a bit more steady? I have the exact same transalpine and the idle is a bit rough also.
Tomas , read my reply to Jose Antonio Manchado Nieto
good
Marcha irregular... problemas de insuladores
Why lube the same part of the chain over and over again??? and why so much!!! thats going to go everywhere when the bike starts running.

/what type of oil used for the lubrication this gear?
Why with gear oil? what does it add to the normal chain oil?
+caci99 I do not know, but that proposed by Honda to users manual.
becouse the gear oil is the best choise for lubricate chain. Kawasaki manuals also suggesting that.

@@ukaszszczygie9548 Witam. Łukasz rozwiązałeś ten problem u siebie ?
