An early proof-of-concept for a Norns sequencer using a MIDI Fighter Twister as the interface.
I'm not totally sold on the idea, but thought it would be a good exercise to understand how the thing works.

Patch notes: Dreamsequence is sending chords to Just Friends and the CV harmonizer is sending a reprocessed sequence to Disting EX's FM synth. The harmonizer is being fed a random-ish sequence made from Quadrax (Low Frequency Vacillator) and Pam's Pro Workout (euclidean triggers with probability controlled by CV). I don't think this approach works as well as some of the quadrax-only krell-like ...

I would recommend sizing up, especially for your first case. Even if you can cram everything into a 62hp case, it’s nice to have the luxury of using larger modules and have room to grow. I think it's a mix of piano from my DAW, with some other sounds from Disting EX (can also do piano samples), and a synth voice. A lot has changed since this early version of the script. The latest version has the ability to work with various "Nota Bene (nb)" voices. Currently those are mostly designed to communicate with external devices or are synth engines that generate audio from Norns. Yesterday I happened to stumble upon a sampled piano nb voice that someone is working on that really impressed me, but I think it's still a work-in-progress and is not publicly released.
