what else does that take away though? I assume the fog on some foggy maps. not the spores that completely blind you, but like, just ambient fog? Maybe even most of the spore tree fog too idk.

I just want five or ten full length feature films made using this same animation. They can re-tell the stories. They've already done an outstanding job with The Origin and Doan's Island. But this, this is the future we need right now.

turning the volumetric fog all the way down would decrease the quality of the bombs explosion. alot of developers use fog to emulate an explosion.

you're not even playing in HDR, it's not that bright

You turn down Volumetric fog because you get Discord Light Mode'd I turn down Volumetric fog because I play on a laptop We are not the same

for me that fog is sometimes several times worse, i can not even see the source of the light as the half screen is completely white if i look up under such lamp. Its not like i have messed up gamma setting on purpose, other graphics/visibility are all good, only this lamp ....

Yeah but volumetric light looks so damn good on certain occasions.

Does that also stop the same lights from stopping you from being able to read the arrow keys on terminals as well?

Thats not excessive lighting, I only see excessive Terminds and Automatons we need to fix

It’s the worse when it’s above a terminal. Like trying to look at your phone while the suns shining on the screen.

It's not excessive, it's realistic. Deal with it.
