    Sir मैं दो मिनिट नही चल पाता था आपकी वीडियो देखी और मैं हर दिन थोड़ा थोड़ा ज्यादा चलने की कोशिश करता गया और आज मैं करीबन 2 से 3 घंटे लगातार चल सकता हूं शुरुआत में मेरे पैर में बहुत दर्द रहता है और चलने के साथ दर्द कम होते होते पूरा खत्म हो जाता है आज मैं 12 किमी चला और ऐसा करते करते मुझे 5 दिन हो गए लगता है ऐसे ही करते रहो तो 15 दिन में यह दिक्कत खत्म हो जाएगी

    My physio advised me to walk reverse slow for 10 min. Which strengthen back muscles. And side walk on each side for 10 min each to strengthen side muscle. Other excercise to develop stomach core muscles. N leg muscles. All please focus on developing core back side n leg muscles..
