Also I forgot to mention but while I understand you not liking Ox super well for leaving Lou, Lou was also the one to get the pretty dolls to start bullying him [granted, probably to make Ox stay with him, under the guise of "if other dolls are judging you here, imagine how humans are going to judge you] and he was also the one to lead him to recycling. Granted he didn't exactly push him in or anything but...still, and I think Lou was planning to kill him through this, considering that he says he should have made sure he was actually recycled, probably was a "fine you wanna leave so bad?? There you go!!" typa thing but still. Even with his sympathetic reasoning, I understand why Ox didn't want to come back to him. I think it would have been sweet if Ox was the one to speak up in the ending and suggest a lighter punishment, shows that while he doesn't fully forgive him, he's willing to at least not let him die yknow?

Okay so my OC is called Mallory, that's the name they chose for themselves, but they're real name is John doe (meaning unknown I believe) they're a prototype but not like Lou. They're made for the soul purpose on what Not to be. Ugly. Big nose, spots on they're face, dyed hair (unnatural hair colour) weird eyes, wonky/ sharp teeth and a punk like style. Dolls need to be proper and neat. So don't be like Mallory They too can't go to the big world but have accepted that. But still unsatisfied with their life. They feel disgusted in their own skin since they're the embodiment on what ugly is. So when Ox came around it felt like they finally have someone to understand him and maybe change Lou to like Mallory better. But of course ox desired the big world. That really upset them so they helped Lou send ox away, as a final realization on that his purpose will forever be Ugly. And example. Now in the film they would be in the middle ground. Not liking Lou treating the ugly dolls since it's how he treats Mallory but at the same time it's the fear of what Ox did and the fear of the unknown about them

I was in the ugly dolls fandom as a kid and tbh I’ve always thought it was disappointing how they didn’t put much effort in the moral or story

I first saw the movie when I was like 7 and 7 year old me would’ve agreed with this video and this comment too.

The grooming was heavily implied, especially since it was said that he would never let Nurse Bendy see Joe and that he made Joe think his mom died. The only reason why Dr. Secondopinionson could want Joe to be clueless on who his mother is would be because he's hiding something, that something being that he groomed her. There's not much else it could be.

@@DulyDownward that is posible that she was groomed and the tretment of the town but it would still have dr secondopinsins . my veiw on it was that he veiwed nurse bendy as an unfit mother or that he wad alredy in a relationship with joes half sisters mother leading to him trying to cover the afer up by not letting nurse bendy see joe and the sex would have been out of wed lock which would be looked down apon by the citsense of morleton. snd the fact that joe know that coach stop frame is his uncle is also a hole as someone like dr secondopinionson or his half sister would have told him.

​@@archiehutchings7984 32? Everybody says that Nurse Bendy is 24, making her having been around Joe's age when he was born. That and Bendy's bedroom with how she's decorated it. It's not really how an air-headed grown woman would decorate it, especially when she has numerous toys strewn all over the place. She's age regressed to cope with the trauma she's been and is being continuously put through by the men of Moralton.

​@@archiehutchings7984 As for why nobody told Joe about Bendy being his mom, you are likely on the mark of Dr. Secondopinionson wanting to hide his heinous deed towards Bendy and keep his image as a praised doctor intact and pristine. For Bendy's brother Danielle, it's constantly shown that Danielle does not care for anything or anyone but himself and what he wants. The man made plans to break apart Orel's family by having an affair child (Shapey) with Bloberta to get to Clay for crying out loud. As for Joe's sister, she's no fool or selfish person like the Dr. and Danielle. She put in the time to raise Joe while also taking care of her ailing horrible father, while also keeping up with Bendy about Joe being in the school's play. Joe's sister goes on to tell Joe that he didn't tell him about Bendy because she's "Not his mom". She knew that it wasn't her place to tell Joe that Bendy is his mother, it was Bendy's right to tell him herself.

I definitely agree! I think Pitbull did great, I just think it's funny that he of all people voiced a character in a kid's movie. He's just one of those celebrities that I wouldn't expect to see in a kid's movie. But I do think that he did a great job and that Uglydog was the perfect character for him to be cast as.

Yeah, like both me and my sister have always felt bad about that, and we saw the movie when it first came out, and I was like seven I think, and both me and my sister thought then and still to this day that he deserved a second chance, and we both think it isn’t fair because there was actually a reason why he is how he is and stuff, and yeah so basically he deserved way better. Basically the point of this video.

They don't see it as an actual baby, it's meant to simulate an actual baby. I'd kick it if it was throttling me like that, I feel like most people would out of pure instinct. Hell I'm pretty sure Lou only did it out of pure instinct.

personally, i don't think he ever got over his relationship with ox. he managed to push it to the back of his mind when ox left, but when he came back the memories all came flooding back to him, which may have partially been the cause of the mental breakdown that caused him to try and get mandy and moxie killed.

HONESTLY!! I feel like if they do a sequel or one of those netflix spinoff shows - which they probably won't because of the movie's reception - they should definitely get more into Lou's character. Like if there was a sequel I wouldn't want it to be presenting a new challenge for the main characters to be facing so to speak, I'd rather have it be about them feeling bad about what they'd done to Lou and trying to understand him better. Tbh I could see Ox probably being the one to initiate that considering their history together. Obviously we're never gonna get that, though, but it's fun to pretend

@@DulyDownward On the topic of that I’m actually working on a story that involves some of the Uglydolls from the movie. Except I’m trying to make their character’s better. It’s a big crossover story wrapped around a group of original characters.
