I'm sorry for what you went through or are still going through... this unfortunately happens a lot but adults are like that... they are selfish and ignorant... know that what they say does not define you, they can shout unnecessarily about small things and think that they are doing the right thing but aggression is never the solution... you went through a lot of unnecessary things but know that a lot of this guilt that you may feel is not exactly yours, everyone makes mistakes but that's not why we need to be punished for all of them. your parents are very ignorant so don't care about them or what they say, no one knows you better than yourself and I know that you are an incredible person and that you deserve more than that, I'm sure of that be careful, adults are like that but we don't need to hear every insignificant word that comes out of their mouths, know that not everything they say about you is true, you are a special person inside and you have feelings that should be expressed, remember That, little one, you are more than people think
