Video Lesson Tip: Knock Your Irons Close
This is a horrible video just repeating himself for 5 mins lol
best explanation i found on youtube.
Another reason is the strong grip. Your wrist has more flexibility to flip.
Just found this after 6 years. Gonna try it next time I can get to the range
Oh god.. I slice my drivers, all my iron divots go from right to left, and I hit behind the ball a lot. I guess I have a club path and club face problem!!!
I have ben struggling with a big out to in (over the top) club path since I started. I will try moving my feet this way at setup to encourage a more neutral or in to out path. Good instruction.
Subbed
Very informative and fantastic video, really appreciate the lesson. Thanks
I think the root cause in my case is I roll my wrist on the come back in my swing. I need to work on my grip to lock it such that I don't roll my wrist.
2 videos. 2 days. 2 epiphanies. Thank you!
Unreal this is exactly my problem. There was a time my swing was pretty decent and I hit the ball fairly straight 65% of the time. Then someone told me my swing was too steep. So being i hadn’t been playing golf long i listen to this person and started practicing shadowing my swing a little. Just when I think OK I am hitting a little better. I start pulling it. Left all day long all the time. I never ever used to pull the ball and could not figure out how to stop pulling it. Looks like a lightbulb on and I thought to myself you freaking idiot. Hitting the ball even better than I did before I developed the pull problem.🤘🤘🤘
3 mins 15 secs into the video, Hank has got to the point and solution ... still talking about he whys and causes of the pulls.
this video is GOLD
Got that folks?
This is GOLD
If your flushed, center strikes go left, your clubs are too upright.
Very informative
Fix left path problem by staying in form through impact, a lot of people want to stand up and peek at where their ball is going before they even hit it
This was incredibly helpful.
What if u pull it left dead straight 280 yeards with the driver ?
so wait, if my problem irons shots are pull and fat....does that make it more likely face or path? My divots are straight.
Lol. Good app. Terrible drive. That thing went so far right 😂
Great lesson. Thanks.
I was at the range today and all my longest shots were pulled to tge left. Like i hit my 8 iron 178 haha... if that goes straight thats a game changer.
No sound!
what if you’re swinging left with a closed face? if the ball starts left and doesn’t fade, then you’re swinging left with a shut face. How would you fix that?
Haven't received my GreenBook yet so maybe it'll be self explanatory. Not much to grab onto here...I'll wait to see before I judge this 94 second instructional video.
❤❤❤❤ Thank you, Thank you Thank you!!! When I saw your video, I immediately ran to the driving range and implemented it. Straight as an arrow!!!! Yes!!! Greens in regulation here I come!
I'm looking for a description of what the instructions are telling me. What do they all mean? Short, Long, etc...
Get to the point
Great tip Kellie!
Great tip Kellie!
🤯 Hank is a genius! He explained exactly why I'm pulling to the left!
Finally, someone who can explain the issue without a bunch of craziness and repeating themselves over and over to make a ten minute video into a twenty minute video. THANK YOU
This video does not show how to use putt line
What if you have all-of-the-above faults? 🤔
I used to slice my driver to the right now I don’t it goes straight are we bit left now but my irons always go left
Great lesson thank you.
hr spent more on the problem then the fix man probably wont even work
Great explanation
I paid for the App this year and I agree, not easy to use. Also, my scoring is not being saved, made available. They are also missing the practice piece. Why don’t they map the driving range targets so I can figure out my distances without another device. Still needs work.
Is this the same for 3 wood or hybrid? I'm pulling all my clubs except driver.
Haha ❤this is brilliant I have been fixing everything and just forgot about that closed club face and 5mm open and hey presto 🎉we are going where I want the ball to go.
Thanks so much, Hank! I think this lesson will really help me start the ball on line more oten
4:57 is when he shows how to fix it
really good instruction on this point
I shot an 85 today my best round using the club face tip with the left foot turned out. My iron shots were way straighter going from a pull draw to straight what a game changer
Brilliant explanation. Thanks very much.
But you didn’t show the exact steps using the app?
Billiant!!
