The concept of merger and acquisition has not one defined meaning it is used differently in context to different scenarios. Hello sir, you explained very well but i have a doubt you gave e.g of vi in amalgamation but i googled and found that every business paper even the paper filed by vodafone in its website it is mentioned as merger not amalgamation why it is so ?
