When you did the flyby sound test, I threw my head back and laughed out loud in delight. There is NO sound like a P-51. That’s not a P-51, but it’s close and it sure made me smile large. Love it!

Be civil lol. I've been around long enough to know when someone is fluffing the BS to try to make things work. I'm less than 8 min in to this video and if heard so much fluff I feel like I'm going to upchuck. The plane is good. Ok, the plane is blah blah, ok. To say something can't be made from metal, and only the fiber bs process is good enough to do it?! Some of us weren't born yesterday. Metal fabrication around the world is unprecedented. They are 3D printing Rocket engines for Christ sake. If that is possible. Simple metal pressing of body parts with todays tech is a no brainer. If you can't afford to have something done. Or what ever, don't make excuses. FG can be a alternative in the right conditions, but as we have seen with SpaceX and StarShip. It's not the end all be all. Everything about that plane could have been done with metal. The video states that the entire plane is made with polymer of some kind. I can promise that the beam structure. The framing, the skeleton of this plane is not made of anything but metal even if it's aircraft grade aluminum. Which is ridiculously strong and light compared to other metals. This video is making blanket claims, with no substantiation. Words, no proof. The P51 Mustang is my number one favorite fighter from WW2, my preference. And this video feels like it's diminishing this timeless aircraft.

My only gripe is its not 1 to 1 scale of the real design.

There's guys in australia that make V12 aluminium LS engines that use alot of the LS7 parts. Imagine having one of those in this thing

Thankfully I am an A&P/IA, I will just find some derelict and rebuild it. For $316,000 I would be looking for a Jet ranger
