Dr. Ross Porter earned his B.A, at the University of California, Santa Barbara and his M.Div. (Master of Divinity) and Ph.D. (Clinical Psychology) from Fuller Theological Seminary. 1997 he founded Stillpoint Family Resources, in gratitiude for the gift of his first born son, who is blessed with Down syndrome...and out of concern for the many special needs families who do not have proper support and resources. Since then Dr. Porter and his staff have helped thousands of people through counseling and educational efforts. And now Dr. Porter and Stillpoint Family Resources have begin fundraising for their vision of homes for adults with special needs. Here, the dignity of EVERY life will be celebrated and protected.
