After an accident in 2014 doctors said I'd never run again... and yet here I am.
I Paced an Olympic Champion for a World Record Attempt
Last week I was asked to pace Jacob Ingebrigtsen for a 1500m World Record attempt, at first this really offended me as I believe I can be on par with these guys running sub 3:30 but after thinking long and hard about it, the experience of front running at this pace is something I couldn't turn down.
