great simple build out. wondering why you dont get some foam for the bed and a backing for the backrest of the coach.

I am 6'2". First layout i have seen done this way. Would have been nice if you included the insulation that you used.

Nicely done just a thought where you store your water that door you could have the door flip up and it would give ya a little more counter space...cheers!!!

I like the barrier between the drivers head and the flying cans of food if in the case of an accident. Very smart and practical too.

I already decided this is basically exactly what I wanted to build in my van. The last owner used spray foam insulation, so I'm going to have to work around it. Thanks for letting me see what I was imagining!

Didnt notice the date so if you haven't gotten mattresses yet Amazon has 27 in X 75 in cot size...if you use one for your bed and one for the back you have your couch and an extra mattress for the countertop..they are nice 5 in and 3 in choices for under a hundred bucks...I used one of each...3 in for back of couch and guest bed...great job..hope you don't mind an old granny (actually pretty cool granny..lol) following your journey..nice to see fellow Canadians out there...where are you from?

Fords dont have a 5.7 engine. Thats Chevrolet. 5.4 or 5.8 perhaps 4.6 or 5.0 perhaps or even a V10 or 7.3 turbo power stroke, but no 5.7.
