Would love to see a wildat in a mosaic knitting pattern!!
Thank you so much!
Hey! how do you do the written pattern?
HI! In the description below the video, there is a link to the blog post that contains the written pattern. 😃
Thank you for the pattern , made one recently and it turned out brilliant. Can this be made bigger for a toddler?
You could definitely add extra hearts to each side of the words and repeat sections to make it longer and wider. Also, you could use bully yarn and a larger hook to naturally make it bigger. 😁
Thank you so much, one more question do I add extra 28 stitches to have hearts on each side. Thanking you in advance.😊
My grandma made all the kids and grandkids one! She passed away now and i never got to ask her how to make these. Thank you for this
💕 my grandma too! I'm so happy that I could learn and keep the tradition alive, and I'm so happy that this video has helped you be able to keeps your alive too! I'm sure you're Grandma's would be so proud of you! 🥰 Thank you so much for taking time to share your story with me!
I am desperately seeking a graphgan in the Boston Red Sox. Do you have any patterns for that?
The "B" may be doable, the little pointy parts may make it hard. I will see what I can do though!
Georgia
Love this pattern it's so amazing thank you so much
You’re welcome 😊 I'm so glad you like it and found it helpful! Thank you for taking time to leave a comment. It is very much appreciated!
I will definitely be using this for my Christmas gifts!! Thank you :) anyway you have a Jacksonville jaguars pattern? Lol thanks again
Awesome! I'm so glad you enjoy the pattern. As far as the jaguars logo, I don't have it. I did look it up just now and that detailed of a logo won't work well for this small motif style pattern. It would work on a large scale, but it is too detailed to do one this small. Thanks for asking!
Please do one for the buffalo bills
The bills logo is a bit too intricate to design in the same style as is in this video because of the multiple small details on the face of the buffalo. It would work on a large scale, but not a small motif. Thanks for asking!
Just saw a table on a Crochet Hook Guide. #00 steel hook = 3.5 mm … #12 = 0.6 mm :/
There are some discrepancies between the sizes. I utilize the Craft Yarn Council often, and it lists many of the sizes twice, because the sizes can vary by manufacturers. The sizes I listed are based on Susan Bates steel crochet hooks. :) This is a great reminder to check the mm size versus just the number/letter sizes!
Where have you been ?? I just accidentally found this site and im so happy i did thank you u dont know how much i needed this i couldnt stand gaps i thought u had to chain up either it vointed as a stich or it didnt i mess up at last stich no matter what with a marker or not and i wasnt sure if i could not do chains but just single crochet and do another on top going thru the side bar what a diff in keeping it straight thank you 😊 one other question how should i count the rows on either side with the chainless stich does it show ea row on side
Thank you so much for the feedback! I'm glad you have found the information helpful! If you do the chainless stitch it would count as a stitch for that row. I hope that helps answer your final question, but if not, feel free to reach out again!
I clicked on the link for the written pattern and it wouldn't work. Was it discontinued?
It wasn't. I'm not sure why it didn't work. It's working when I click on it. Try this link and see if it works. Please let me know if it didn't and I'll look into if there is some sort of error. I appreciate it!! craftywithashy.com/crocheted-alabama-crimson-tide-logo-free-pattern-and-video-tutorial/#pattern
@ thanks so much. I was now able to pull it up. When I clicked the link in the description, it told me to “wait while my request is being verified” which I found to be strange. Thanks so much. After writing this comment, I sense followed you more on the video and found that it was easy to follow your square pattern so I screen shot it from the screen and will follow it. Thanks so much, I really appreciate your help. I am still saving the link for future reference.
I'm so glad it worked and that you found an easy way to do it with the screen shot. That is smart! :D
Detroit lions
That logo is a bit too intricate to design in the same style as is in this video. It would work on a large scale, but not a small motif. Thanks for asking!
How about the Chiefs?
Here 😁! th-cam.com/video/Sq57PoRU_FI/w-d-xo.html
These kinds of vids hemp me out so much, I just started and I like a good sale, but I can’t always do my projects around sales… thank you, sub earned.
I'm so glad the video was helpful! Thank you so much for taking time to leave a comment 😊 I hope you love your new hobby!!
Thank you! This was super helpful! I have also been inconsistently wrong in many of my projects! LOL!
You're welcome! I like the way you put that, "inconsistently wrong" haha. Thank you for taking time to leave a comment!
This is definitely a huge help for me, I accidentally ordered a mercerized crochet thread #10 and I don't know what I should make with it. i am new to crochet so I didn't know the difference. Thanks for this helpful information.
Your welcome! I'm glad the info was helpful. Thank you so much for taking time to leave a comment! It is very appreciated! 😊
So funny that your channel came up in my search for dodger coasters. Yet here we are 2 years later and the dodgers and the Yankees are in the world series now. What a trip! Thank you for sharing your pattern
You're welcome!! I'm happy that your team made it to the world series. I'm not a baseball fan really, but my best friend loves the dodgers, so he's pretty happy. Thank you for taking time to leave a comment! 😁
can you to these as a beginner after you did a scarf for example, even if it doesn't look perfect but you want to do something else? :)
You definitely can, it is just important to be kind to yourself and not expect perfect results :) Also, the main thing is to get the tension right, so if you scarf or other pieces you started with helped you learned the tension, then it will help you be more successful.
Do you happen to have a pattern for a Raiders logo?😬
I don't have that one. That logo is a bit too intricate to design in the same style as is in this video. It would work on a large scale, but not a small motif. Thanks for asking!
I regularly use 10 and 20 thread because theyre easiest to get hold of(usually using 1mm, 1.5 mm, 1.25 and 1.75mm hooks). I do use 60 thread when i can get it, using my 0.6mm hook, and would love to try smaller, but isnt often sold here. I mostly make motifs to be joined into items, and christmas baubles that are stiffened so they hold their own shape. Theyre very pretty. I also make jewellery, and tape laces.
That's so awesome! Those thinner threads are definitely harder to find. What do you use to stiffen your Christmas baubles?
Many thanks for this info , i want to make a Mandela with a size 20 thread I’ve been gifted and checking out info - I’ll check out your other videos and subscribed
Yay! That will be so fun to make! Thank you so much for taking time to leave a comment and connect with me 😃. It's very appreciated!
Kind of along the same lines of what you stated….but only having a limited number of skeins with the same dye lot 😢 that’s what I’m dealing with right now! If anyone has any good mesh stitches that are pretty but low yarn usage, please send them my way ❤
Thank you so much❤

My grandmother crocheted the thread and yarn in the 1970's she didn't teach me how to crochet with the crochet thread....
Ah, I bet her work was beautiful! My grandmother didn't teach me either, but I was at least able to look at her work to emulate her filet crochet last name artwork.
Big alabama fan here!!! Love this, if i wanted to do this as a blanket how do i go about sizing?
You can go about it a few ways. What I would do is make a bunch of squares the same size as this in the team colors and quite a few with the logo as well, then stitch them together to make the size blanket you want. You could also enlarge the pattern, to do this, you will need to multiply each stitch both horizontal and vertically. So, if you want it 10x bigger than the pattern, you will do 10 SC for each stitch (instead of 1) both across and up. I use excel or graph paper to draw it out, then count the boxes.
Thank You so much for your "detailed" explanation of how (not to chain) to make your work come out so straight on the sides. I just tried it and it's "PERFECT". I was always so frustrated with the way the sides came out so I would have to sc all around to make it look okay. Now, I don't have to do that. THANBK YOU, THANK YOU!
You're welcome!! 😊 I'm glad it was helpful. Thank you so much for taking time to leave your feedback!
Fab. You answered the question i was asking myself perfectly. Thank you so much
Awesome! I'm glad it was helpful! Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. It is much appreciated!
Please do OU please
Definitely on the list! It might be a while because I haven't had much time to create videos or even crochet at all, but it is coming at some point!
Wow! That was so helpful.

Alabama and Philadelphia Eagles
I did Alabama 😃 th-cam.com/video/J6dG-DzzhkY/w-d-xo.html I don't think I'll be doing the eagles due to the size and amount of color changes. It wouldn't work well for a small motif like this style. it could definitely work on a large scale, but since I work full time and do this on the side, I don't have time for that large of tutorials right now. Thank you for leaving your comment! I hope you check out the 'Bama one 😉
As I was scrolling I saw it thank you
I would to make /learn how to make the giants nfl logo
Friend of mine became a grandma & they are a Colts family, plus live in Indiana. Can you make a hat for toddler? Also, where do I get a printout of the pattern?
Ah! Super exciting!! I won't have time to create a pattern for that, but you could definitely add it on like applique style, or find a single crochet basic beanie and incorporate it. Usually beanies are worked in the round, so I would just use the chart as a guide for how many stitches of each color, but you wouldn't be working back and forth (though you could turn when working in the round, it's just not typical). I'd recommend using thinner yarn, like weight 3 and a smaller crochet hook to make it a smaller version of the same thing for a toddler size beanie. The chart is available as a PDF on the bottom of the blog post which is linked in the description below the video. There is the written pattern in the blog post, but at the bottom there is a link to the chart and the video is there as well.
How can I get the directions sheet?
In the description below the video there are links to the blog post with written instructions and to the chart. Scroll below the video and click more next to the description area. You should see the links :)
Reason: you found a pretty yarn ,but for some reasons you only bought one skein
Yes! Definitely done that. We should really know better shouldn't we? hahaha
Thank you ..your directions are very informative..❤ going to make this blanket 😊
2y ago what does. row 8-11: 42 sc (4 rows) mean?
That means that you do 42 SC for each of the 4 rows, 8,9,10,11. So to make the pattern shorter, instead of listing out each row, since they are all the same, they bunch it together.
Thank you so much for responding. That helps!!!❤
49ers please !!! 😊 and Vikings ❤
noted! at first glance, the vikings logo is probably too details to do on the small scale, but doing just the distinctive "V" *might* work. 49ers, i'll have to play with to see if it will work.
How do I identify the hole to use for long single crochet stitches?
For long single crochet or spike stitches, you would insert the hook into the same place on the stitch, but it would be a row or 2 below (depending by oh how long the spike stitch is) instead of the top of the previous row.
Lovely little blanket! What are the finished dimensions?
Thank you! The size is 19x17 inches. :)
Danke
