30 years … 😭

Man, this show reminds me of my childhood. We lived in the country by the lake and when we'd come in from outside, we'd have dinner, and then we'd sit down as a family and watch TV (sometimes we even all got together and watched TV while we ate) and dr quinn was one of the shows we could always pick up with an antenna. We never had cable or anything. It was my mom's favorite show back then and my step dad liked it too. Heck, even us kids all liked it. I recently started rewatching it and it's even better now that I understand everything and catch things that I missed when I was a child. What a wholesome show. I love how despite disagreement, the towns people really rally around each other and help the folks that need help when it comes down to it. I really wish I grew up in the old west. It would be absolutely amazing to live in a town that's just starting out or has been around but not yet incorporated.. to become incorporated and then elect the areas very first officials. What a life our great to great great great grandparents lived (depending on your age, of course. I know my grandfather's grandfather was born in 1872 and he'd have seen s lot of the old west and his folks would have been adults right smack dab in the middle of it). Anyways, I'm rambling now 😂😂 10/10 show!

Niles is mg favorite character in the Nanny. I watche the show because of Danny Davies (Niles).

I met him in 1996 on the beach in santa monica while they were filming. I was with a friend and he just had finished his part filming. I remembered he came sit with us he was so polite and kind! He sat with us for almost 30 minutes and we talked about traveling with his brother also to my home country the Netherlands . Then he gave us a hug and left to shoot again . I love this!!! This is so cool! I wish they could’ve unearthed it before the Complete Series set came out. But I can always download this and add it to my collection of digitized physical media. I already have several shows digitized including The Nanny. I hate fussing around with discs. Does anyone know if Fran herself has any lost footage from the set other than some bloopers? I know there was some during the Nosh to Remember reunion in 2004. From the series finale.

Brilliant. Was just watching re runs of The Nanny here in Australia and curiosity on the behind the scenes production brought me here.

Wow just watching this from behind the scenes makes me realise whats involved from everyone involved. just amazing. Entertainment is a tough gig. Ive had some experience in bands and the hopefully polished performance you see on stage is a result of dozens of hours of rehearsals

This is brilliant! I love that it's not edited, and we can see everything in a relatively 'raw' format. It's also fantastic to have such a rare insight into the camera blocking of a multi-cam show, something which is often aggressively hidden from public view.

I am sad to see how cruel some people can be. I do not know the whole story. I thought Buffy said she was told she was adopted by her adoptive mom. The brother and sister look North European while Buffy looks like she could have been Geronimo's sister or cousin. If Buffy is not really indigenous, then I would be certain, the sacred spirit of a Native North American has merged into her soul. Saw Buffy and her bands twice at outdoor concerts. In Canada and at Lincoln Center in NYC. Buffy's songs are as good or even better than most any other talented artist. I'm still a lifelong fan. I sing and play at open mics for free. For the love of sharing music. If I do a cover song, I always mention the artist singer songwriters. Buffy's albums are right alongside my Beatles and Kinks and Stones and Bee Gees albums. Thanks for the awesome music and wisdom Buffy! Forever fan.

I'm also intrigued because Madeline said she was "scarred" working on the show.🥺💔 Daniel alluded that Madeline was an unhappy child, and they took that vibe and wrote her character around it. But Madeline stated in interviews that other sets treated her like the child she was, and not like a prop.🙁 By the looks of it here, Fran seems very no-nonsense. Maybe Madeline was expecting to be coddled and nurtured, and the set was all business. To be fair, child actors are living in an adult world where time is money. As executive producer, Fran doesn't look like she had the time to be a "real" Nanny to Madeline or any of the other kids. She spoke to Ben like he was an adult, and I didn't detect any warmth there.🥺 But Madeline did the table reading during the pandemic, so she apparently didn't hold anything against the show long-term.. but who knows. I wish I knew how Nicole and Ben felt. Anyway, thank you for posting this and Part One!🤗❤️

I can not believe how RUDE Joe Lando and his very immature girlfriend /wife is in the video she apparently is an extremely insure child that feels the need to be in almost all the scenes from walking in front of the camera time and time again,,,,,grow up both of you.

His nasty wife was walking in the last scene man is shs weird looking and the whole situation with her and him and their history is much crazier than anything with Jane thats one clingy woman

Notice during the interview, Joe Lando (Sully) never gave Jane Seymour one look!!! If they hated one another so much,how did they even hold one another during a scene!!! Never mind look at each other? Very good acting because of that maybe?
