I can still picture myself laying on my bed gazing up at the Rebel poster proudly hanging on my bedroom wall ....whilst my mum is shouting at me downstairs to turn the music down.

Really excellent performance and pleased to find this uploaded on YT again. So many other songs from John Miles/Bob Marshall catalogue of music could and should have been performed at the proms in my opinion. Highly controversial but John singing other peoples songs at the proms never does it for me.....I know I'm in the minority. However so glad that he had the appreciation in Europe of his immense talent....I'm sure would have meant a lot to him in his latter career.
