Osman kardesim herseyi cok iyi yapmissin ama atesin cok fazla ve yakin olmus. O kalin bir sis , icindeki yaglarin iyice eriyip ete islemesi lazim. Koze biraz daha kül düsenden sonra koysaydin etleri ya da sisler ile kozun arasinda biraz daha aralik olsaydi daha yavas ve homojen piserdi.

Hey, thank you for your advice! The reason why I didn't wash the knife and the board at first (1:21) is because the bell pepper was cut for the meat. In other case, while the vegetables were cut for the salad, I thorougly washed both the knife and the board. But anyways thank you for commenting and watching <3
