good morning friend when you start the car it makes a noise or you can't hear anything why is it happening to me it doesn't want to go forwards and backwards I tried to scan it but there is no communication with the transmission but there is with the other systems the srs the abs and the engine but the a/t system didn't show anything it won't let me scan but if i scan it completely on the engine the code p0700 appears and no faults appear on the a/t if you can help with that

Poor design. Having a control unit/PCB with many buttons mounted on a horizontal just waiting for something to be spilled on it. There's a reason that most head units or controls in vehicles are mounted vertically.

Mine works only with contact or engine on. On battery it does like yours, screen on and off. Do you know why and how can I fix that?

Question please. Will display turn on if the amplifier had water damage? AsuAmp is dammaged. Also when connecting the amp are the only 2 cables connected and the third plug is left open? So main purple one and optics cable. I am missing the Sirus box so is this ok or do I need to find one to make things work?

I know this is an older video. But I can only find 4 main long bolts actually holdin the transmission to the engine. One on the front and the 3 that you showed in the video. Is that all of them?

How much did you pay for the MMI Board which you changed out of the vehicle from eBay an also where did you find and buy the loop optic fiber circle piece which you said u plugged into and not into the unit itself ?

I’m in need of help, i’m a technician but i have never touched a honda IMA drivetrain system outside of knowing basic service and hot to shut the hybrid system down for major repair. I have a 2006 civic hybrid 1.3L CVT. When it goes into gear, it has this horrible metallic like sound that gets faster with speed, but when neutral or park, it’s gone. Can you help me with a good point to start diagnosis?

Thank you for the video. I just got my tranny out and I’m looking at the flywheel. Things seem to be ok. Symptoms were: when starting from a stop, 03 Civic Hybrid would act as if car was a manual and starting out in second or third. Would be a weird almost rubbing noise, car would bog down like it was in third or second then it would go. Could have sworn it was the flywheel but it wasn’t a complete failure so I’m not surprised the flywheel is ok. Any ideas of what it could be? If I can, I’d like to try and diagnose it without having to take anything else apart as of now. Im getting codes P1449, P1570, p1600, p0143 and p1130. I’ll do some more research but if someone has some info, it would be heatedly appreciated.

Did you grease the splines and pack the cup on the flywheel with grease before you installed the flywheel? That is in the factory manual.

So basically the only thing you needed to do to fix the problem was connect the loop to the series XM radio
