What a moving tribute. What a winning smile! I don't know if you're a person of faith (nor is it my business) but I will pray that the Lord God will give you strength, comfort, wisdom, and guidance during the difficult times ahead.

I've never seen your channel...but I feel your loss. In every word and image you shared in this video, I felt your love for your husband. He was a very blessed man to have known that type of love! My heart hurts for you. My wife and I will be praying for you as you navigate this world solo. While you're solo, I'm confident that you know that you're not alone. Of course, you have family and a very wonderful community behind you and, thankfully, you carry with you the memories of your wonderful "captain" as you've been promoted to that seat now. My wife and I are just starting our journey; however, I'm subscribing to learn from you and your husband. I'll be looking over your videos to help us navigate our own adventure through life.

Came across your channel for the first time this morning. It was such a beautiful tribute and I connected with everything you shared. I also lost my captain very suddenly and unexpected almost 22 months ago. We were only 7 months from our 50th anniversary. Our adventures were on our Goldwing motorcycle that we loved. I always felt so safe and secure with him as my captain. I am so shattered and lost. I miss him so much. You helped me know that I am not alone. Thank you for sharing, I know exactly how hard it is . I could not get through this life now without my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I pray for your peace and comfort.

I am sorry for your loss. My husband was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease a year ago we didn’t think he’d see 2025. 2024 was hard as I tried to take over all our farm duties figure out machine maintenance ect. He’s still with me and I’m so thankful. But our lives have changed. My prayers are with you as you continue your journeys.
