I don’t understand what category all skills fall under. Example for instance….skills don’t tell your if they are direct or aoe or dot, it don’t even tell you if it’s a a spammable and it don’t even tell you what champion points boost that skill.

I think console vs. pc here was a problem. I tried ToT and couldn't figure out how to select a card. Noob issue obviously. But still frustrating. I conceded the match. Honestly terrible tutorial in game and bad user experience in game IMO. This is something you have to want to do to learn it.

Totally agree with the 'build so you enjoy it'. I was a bit adrift with my level 40 necro mostly because I don't do staves. I like melee, and I worked this build in to what I had available skill-wise and my dps tripled. I'm going to morph as I want based on what I need but this was a great starting point for a class that really needs an identity.

The Continuous Attack skill which you can get at level 10 is something I feel like most new players have no idea exists.

I played Skyrim, Morrowind, and they really weren't for me at the time. I was coming from Everquest where you used the mouse to interact and target enemies and the environment as opposed to this console compliant game where the mouse just spun you around. This was very similar to the first version of FFXIV which I beta'd and bought a controller to do so. Thank god they fixed all of that on FF. Now, looking for another game to invest time, I went back to FFXIV and ESO (10 years later). What a change, as you said. This game is as in depth as Everquest in that it literally takes years to master the systems and content. I still wish there was a dedicated PC variant to get rid of all the console detritus. Why can't I make a macro? Why do I need to use my mouse to move between the different quickslots? I mean no wonder no one uses mementos or emotes? But despite those huge shortcomings and the ridiculous guild trader system, simply a great game.

Just discovered your channel, apparently a bit late. Good content, good editing and screen capture, wish you would continue the channel in some fashion. I'd even watch lore book readings, especially if there was lore context added since I am only a year in to ESO.

I use 8/10 skills on my own necro healer but I go with blast bones for braided tether corpse on the boss. And use the menders bond ultimate generation script instead boneyard.

If they give people who play the elder scrolls game to select and combined classes I would choose 4 fist dragon knight 2 night blade 3 the paladin and final necromancer it would be the strongest combination class

One thing I'd like clarification on, does each tier of material spawn all over the game in the same zones? Or do they level up and replace lower level material nodes with higher ones with your skill? Will it get to a point where I'm needing silk but I only find Jute all over the place?

For when U was talking about how merging different builds can not be ideal because of pecific ability trees, For my example I'm a dragon knight dark elf stamina damage build but I like to have magical buffs and debuffs. So couldn't I work up my stamina and when I'm comfortable with that then wear a different armour heavyness to specialise that certain thing and then always switch back. Long story short as long as I am improving my character in the ways I should be like for example making sure while I have heavy armour on, I use a sword and shield and then when when I wanna use light armour do the required things for that. Then I could have what I'd call an balanced all round player? Or am I not seeing how this could be bad?

I've chosen a dragon knight dark elf. I wan to be duel welding a sword and shield whilst having the advantages of spells resistances and all of that stuff. What role should U think I should be. I'm thinking damage but don't understand the magical or stamina side. Plz help
