I'm interested to know the substrate height range. Not the thickness, but the range that you can print at the same time, like on an already heavily embossed surface. I've seen golf ball printing which seems to have a range of abt 5mm. Is this the maximum?

i wish they kept the doors to the ink cartridges. My shop does a lot of grinding and although the printer is in a clean room, i fear the cartridge area will get dusty.

Hi, was the printhead dirty?? @ 4:23 lines in the print... I'll stick to my Po-Try 24 inch DTF. BN 20 is slow and can't not print in one pass

So not good. I had Roland BN20-a is so bad. It is so slow. Don't have their dedicated software to run the machine. I am really so upset. I bought it last year in May 2022. But now trying to get rid of it.

Waiting on Epson to come out with a true DTF printer
