Camping In Holcomb Valley Big Bear With My Dog
In this video, I’m camping in Holcomb Valley near Big Bear with our family dog Lexy. There was a mountain lion track very close to where I was camping, so I had to be very careful

I came across this spot by accident. It's like a private beach right next to kings river. The water is so calm it looks like a swimming pool. I'll definitely camp in this spot in the future. PLEASE if you are going to camp here clean after yourself and don't leave any garbage behind. Thank you!

Only thing you are missing is a rooftop AC
Homie just flushed his poop onto the ground. That’s intense.
LMAOO no dude that’s for peeing only. The hole is too small for 💩😂😂
@ hahah, for some reason I thought you pushed it down with the sprayer. Great build man.
Thanks man! Yeah I figured 😅😅😅
Dialed!
🙌🏼
Nice review & comparison ! Thnx !!
Thank you!!
Amazing setup for a 5 foot bed...love the sink setup!!!
Thank you very much!!
How much is a setup like that. I have a 05 Dodge Dakota with a 6 foot bed. Nice setup. Thanks for the video.
Thank you very much! For the camper alone without anything inside I paid about $8000. How much you want to spend for stuff inside is really depends on you.
Trust me... If you have no electricity, waiting 70 minutes for the over to heat up would be NO problem! Assuming you have an electric oven, then you are looking at eating or not eating!
@@gamingtonight1526 You are absolutely right. Or just go with the wood chips and save another 55 minutes.
Is this channel still active?
Yes
Thank you for the review
Thanks for watching
Beautiful!
Thank you!!
Curious, did you say your toilet drains under your truck? Seems like that would really smell bad after a couple of days.
I don’t 💩 in there obviously lol. It’s for #1 only lol
Love it! Can I pay you to build the sink for me? lol
😅😅😅It’s really. All you need is 30min lol
@ I’m not mechanically savy nor do I have any tools lol
Thanks! Great review. Just checking out the oven.
Thank you!! You are very welcome!
You have a great channel 👍🏻
Thank you very much!!
very helpful..... enjoyable.... wonder how well you could have lit the fire with MPS electronic fire starter? looks like it better to precut your firewood? what do you think the best type of wood is to use? wonder what wood leaves the least ash?
I never tried it with any electric fire starter to be honest. I usually use oak wood and it’s not bad.
@@NoRoadNoProblemAdventures i was talking about getting the fire going or lighting it with the Pocket Plasma Lighter with Flashlight by InstaFire..... lighting fire with paper is easy but lighting other things is little harder because the tips on lighter are so short??
Very very helpful video. Thanks for posting this.
You are very welcome! Thanks for watching.
Is there no black tank? To me sounds it just drains underneath your rig. I hope I don’t camp at the same site after you.

No black thank. I never camp in campgrounds. It’s always in the middle of nowhere. So I guarantee you’ll never camp at the same spot as me 😂😂

Nice build! Really like what you did, especially with the 1 piece bed platform. Cool that you don’t have any bed struts to go bad - just clip it at the end. 👌
Thank you!! Yes It’s very simple but it works perfectly.
Great review. But damn it’s criminal to cook your meat to tree bark.
Extremely well thought out , very nice . Enjoyed the video , compelled me to subscribe .
Can you take a poopoo in that toilet? or just for pissy?
Thank u for sharing ur camping journey👏👏👏
Thanks for watching.
New sub here🙋🙋🙋Love ur camping truck set up,hoping to have like this soonest...Keep safe, Happy travels & Godbless u more🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate you subscribing. God bless 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Do you think it's possible to use charcoal briquettes successfully with this?
@@SojournerNX yes you can.
Wait.... Does the toilet just drain onto the ground thru the hole in your bed??
Yes. Pee only tho lol
You are really cool , like your humble , practical style. No fancy , no bla bla but everything works really well. You are a reliable man .
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
Your setup is amazing. If someone is 5'10" tall do you think they'd have enough headroom everywhere except close to the sink?
@@jasonoberfest7485 thank you very much! I think so. Because I’m 5’ 9” and it’s just fine
Excellent review, I watched a bunch of others, and it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Very good overview, thank you!
Thank you!! And you are very welcome!
I must be missing something, what’s the rush ? We go camping to relax and enjoy the surroundings and our equipment. So let’s just say it takes 5 min, or 20 min, or 1 hr to setup, so what, that’s part of the enjoyment and experience of camping, do you really have a higher level of relaxation if you can sit in your camp chair 10 minutes sooner ? Does the first camper in a group to be “setup “ win ?
It really depends on how often you go camping. If it’s just a couple of times or a few times a year, you can take your time setting up camp. But if you’re going every week like me, trust me, even 5 minutes counts.
Hey bud I really enjoyed your video. You are a super chill guy. Can't wait to receive my new oven. New sub here.
Thank you very much! i really appreciate it. 🙌🏼
@noroadnoproblem Great idea for the sink! Is it pretty sturdy? have had you had the sink fall off due to load with dishes, water?
Thank you! I mean you can’t expect it to hold a cast iron pan but it works great for regular pots and pans. Haven’t had an issue so far.
This is the coolest compact setup I have seen! Well done brother
Thank you so much brother! 🙌🏼
Watched a different video that said to make the wick 1 inch long before lighting. Should get to 350 in about a half hour.
Yes I did that prior actually but it’s probably because I was outdoors so it took a longer time to get to 350 degrees.
Wish I could like this video twice! 🤙🏼
You made my day. Thank you 🙌🏼
Thank you for mentioning, and showing the firearms you take with you. Love your setup!
Thank you very much!!
Great video. One exception. Unless I missed it in the comments section, how do you secure the camper once you fall asleep?
Thank you! You can put something under the latches from inside which will prevent it from opening. If that doesn’t work then I have 3 firearms inside the camper.
No wonder our population is declining. Guys trucks are 1 man condos now. And no woman is gonna be easily tolerated for an extended period of time in a space that small 😂
😂😂 True. But my girlfriend is going with me usually. You just need to find the right woman I guess.
What is the name of your ladder? Maybe do a video on that? And,…. still one of the best setups I’ve seen yet. Thanks for posting! 🇺🇸🫡
Thank you very much! Here is the link for the ladder; www.amazon.com/dp/B00180UVGO/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_HFPD72796Z3PVN569RW1?linkCode=ml2&tag=noroadnoprobl-20
Great review, might look into buying one. Thanks for your review.
Thank you very much.
Great video and it’s very well made. Thank you for doing a great job! I want this stove.
Thank you very much! I really appreciate it.
I hope you may one day have it in you to make a video detailing how you so seamlessly wired all of the interior/exterior lights and power sources. Amazing build!
Oh man! Wiring is the most pain in the butt part. I absolutely hate wiring but I had no choice 😅
Dang! This a next level impressive!
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
How much does the truck weigh with that set up?
I haven’t weighed the truck yet but my previous set up was about 6800 pounds so this should be around there i think.
def getting one of these
One of the best truck setups I’ve seen. Awesome video. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
Hands down! This is thee best solo setup I have ever seen. Thank you for posting. 🇺🇸🫡
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it. 🇺🇸
Very good review; thorough; exactly what I needed to know!
Thank you so much
What type of tea do you drink?
It’s always Persian tea. I usually go with a brand called “Sadaf”
