Thanks! We sure miss Corey, huh? Hope he is doing well!
Excellent. Now let the beat…….drop. New sub.
Hell yeah! Thanks for sub-ing!
That riff is from Capt. Beefheart circa 1969. "I'm Gonna Booglarize You." maybe. And I think he appropriated it from someone else. Gotta do some research.
I thought I got it off Hendrix, but ok. Anyway, Thanks for listening.
🙂
🤟🤪🤚
lol, as a lifelong beastie boys fan... well done Sir.
Thanks! and me too on the lifelong BB fan! Licensed to Ill dropped when I was 15.
@@doctorr2 I was 6 when that album dropped. I think I first got into them around the age of 10. They'll always stay in my constant rotation. Nobody rocks like them.
Bad Grandpa 🤟😎
Back in 1986 I was living in NYC and got a job for Ms. Hester Diamond (Mike D's mother) . I worked almost 3 years as a driver, Butler or anything else she needed. I met Mike manny times at Ms. Diamond triplex on Central Park West Av. I never tought those punk boys got so far !!! Almost forgot : your version is the best!!
Thank you and great story!
Super cool! You earned this Sub!

A leaner, younger, better looking Gabe Newell maybe.
Good evening Mr: lobo. You’re originally & genius? I like a that version your way to play hey Joe? I’m proud of you. From Los Angeles California we salute ? Me and family? Happy thanksgiving? &. Merry Christmas & happy new year?
You may find it strange that a person from Russia supports your channel. But I like you very much with your spontaneity, your simplicity, your sincerity. You are real. In a world where talking dolls are everywhere, this is very valuable. Thanks again. Carry on!
I find it awesome! Thank you!
You are so cool! Thank you! Greetings from Russia
Having a good Jam Lobo. . . . 👍 cool !
@@practicerepobarrie thanks for listening, my friend!
@ no problem it was great 😊
Awesome. Very very good! Best acoustic version i've seen.
Sorry for the delay in responding. glad you liked and thank so much for checking it out!
YOUR MY HERO!!!
You're my hero! Thanks so much!
You have to ask just how much Rick Wakeman and Mick Ronson put into this song? Sure, it’s mainly Bowie, but the chords suggest Wakeman’s input. Similarly with Quicksand Bowie probably didn’t come up with the augmented chords in that song.
Great stuff! Thank you for giving a shit.
you're welcome! thanks for the comment and for checking it out!
Good job. Keep doing it. '71 was a very good year for music.
Thank you! it sure was.
Great voice man!!!!
Thank you so much!
WoW amaizing🎉
❤👋👋👋
I love watching your videos. I listen to them almost every day. It's so magical, the way he sounds. I always feel a huge rush of freedom.
Wow that's a wonderful compliment! Thank you!
From Russia with love! Thanks, maestro!
Thank you for checking it out! I love your country!
A Corey Heuvel inspired performance - remember him? Great play Lobo.
Thank you! Of course I remember Corey. My favorite youtube musician of all time.
Casi 60 años desde que Jimi público su versión y el tiempo no pasa por ella. Thank you for the cover of this eternal song. JH Will always be the best
YW thanks for watching! And yes for sure Jimi was the best and always will be. What a terrible thing we lost him so young.
That was super cool, I need to get me a looper, which one do you have?
Hey my man. It's been a while huh? Thank you and thanks for checking it out. I'm using the Boss RC-500 I've tried playing around with the smaller, one-button loopers but never could get the hang of it. If you've played around with those, and got discouraged, I feel that. The problem with those is the two-click thing needed to control the stopping of the looper. If I'm keeping the time in my head, one click with my foot on the one isn't too bad. Two quick clicks and my timing for the song is out the window. This one is a little pricier with two channels, which is how I got the voice to turn on and off in the song, but not top shelf either. But it's a pedal with a lot of I'm only starting to scratch the surface on.
Enjoyed the lesson. It's funny that you look like Jeff Bridges and sound like Kevin Costner.
Thanks for checking it out. The dude abides!
Awesome! Love it! Is that standard tuning?
Hey there sorry for the delay in responding. I missed this question until now. It is indeed standard tuning. The song is in A.
Sounds good to me! 👍
The lyric is “well I did a little dive about an hour ago”
That's not what it sounds like he's singing, nor how it's written on any of the lyrics I've seen. But if you say so.
So many annoying douche bags out there huh
Que afinación utilizas
Standard!
@@doctorr2 suena muy bacano pensé que utilizabas otra afinación. Que bien, gracias x contestarme amigo muchas gracias y que estés bien
