I would also recommend watching the juicing documentaries Superjuice Me and Fat,Sick, and Nearly Dead. It’s life changing. I just finished day 40 yesterday and broke it today .

Hey Will! This is the Green Juice that Chad and I started with. Its great! Just add an extra apple if you need more sweetness. 1 cucumbers 4 celery stalks 2 green apples 8 kale (Tuscan cabbage) leaves with stalks 1 lemon 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger Its called the mean Green. Juicing will change everything! We are so lacking in micronutrients because of the standard American diet.

Thank you , we each drink a mason jar every two to three hours. Plus our plexus drink and still having coffee and tea. We used to do this every Jan and June, but didn’t this year or last June. Time for a physical and spiritual reset.
