2 quick tips I saw in this Video that might help that I do... I keep a "tester" spray bottle (elo cheap-o from wally wolrd) with a 50/50 mix in it. I make a new one everyday just like 2 or 3 oz of water and SH.. Spray a few test spots. While that dwells I hunt for the out side faucet for my other tip.. WD40... If it's crusty like that one, a few good sprays.. Do the walk of shame I call it (inspect house for damages, etc) come back spray it again and they usually come off like BUTTA (gotta love Cliff!!!).. Just my 2 cents

Hey Sean! Something I use for covering plants that are expensivce, koi ponds.. ect are painters .7 Mil plastic tarp, get a pack of 3 at home depot for $4 and theyre pretty large! you can even get like 1 MIL if ur looking for something thicker but then you just toss em when ur done!

I have a wash business for 5 years now and have had aquariums for 30 years. Better not to wash a fish area at all, not even water only. Tap water kills fish without dechlorinator that every hobbyist uses. Definitely a battle you will lose by using these tactics of covering with a tarp and dragging it off. I commend your attempt but warn future washes of fish ponds. Keep on washing!

I just wash on side (all gotta start somewhere) but x-jet (or Chinese knock off on the zon) for the softwash win!! With no insert it's a .8:1 (with 2gpm, gave me a reason to keep my old washer.. it's now my dedicated softwash system) reduction so you can get about 6.6% with 12.5%. I use the blue 7 gal water tanks from wally world for about $17 for my bleach/batch mixer. Also use that same system (different jug) for the heavy degreaser jobs with hot sodium hydroxide mix. Just food for thought and getting it done on a budget...

Hey Sean, your content is great. You sure have progressed a ton in a short amount of time. I have a question for you - Is your buffer tank 225 or 325 gallons? Also, how does it do with keeping up with water on bigger flat work/ surface cleaning jobs with the 8gpm?

I definitely have a love/hate relationship with gutter cleaning. I do most of my quotes remotely with a few questions asked to the homeowner. With gutters, it's mainly the question as to whether they have gutter guards. If they have gutter guards and they want the gutter guards to remain on the gutters, I charge a hefty price, because it is a pain in the butt to clean out gutters with gutter guards on them. You will have those good days where you charge a hefty price for a two/three-story gutter cleaning and when you get up there, there is absolutely nothing in the gutters and you are up and down within 15 seconds. But then you will have those single story low priced gutters that are just a nightmare that take you twice as long as you anticipated. But overall, about 95% of my gutter cleaning clients either sign up for a spring and fall gutter cleaning, or at a minimum, a post-fall annual gutter cleaning in November. So as the years go on, my November gutter cleanings have continued to grow insanely!

Have a gray area question. How much of what you clean out of the gutters do you clean up from the ground? So shouldn't be a gutter clean price then all the crap that comes out and all over the ground price? Like how much can you really build into a $2 a foot charge for gutters then all the landscaping you have to do after .I'm sure some customers are like hey all of this crap wasn't here before so now are you're cleaning the whole yard. I'm also sure Karen 2.0 will be like hey you also stained my deck and concrete see all of this black stuff it's becuase you blew it out of my gutters and made tea water all over my beautiful blah,blah..

When you do the driveway do you also do the sidewalk,like in an HOA if the customer pays for the driveway and their walkway and porches???
