This must be great to train with natural stones on the regular -- this bigger stone tells me about smaller stones used for warming up and practice -- this is just as important and interesting to me. I'm glad I have my Bazooka farmer walk handles I can also use for thick-bar training, usually after deadlifting or clean pulls. It is fun and healthy. Have a great day!

LG Robert

This is very, very, impressive. I reckon I will try tomorrow, but with lifting straps on. Unless I can find some chalk in a pinch. Great work, and seriously inspiring. The old-school serious zone-in no music Bulgarian style hard mode with no hype is entertaining to watch and if not it's even better... if you can appreciate the silence to reflect and relate to the situation. When it's just yourself against the bar and nothing else. Nothing beats a strong equation with just those two variables and the answer is my favorite painkiller. What's the name of that painkiller? Hard work, and the ability to enjoy the benefits of what you reap in the seed principle. What you sow. Some things can only be described as digging deep and succeeding - the indescribable enjoyment for lifting springs from the soul and comes to life. In this case it's symbolic that sometimes, we really are all on our own. As much as we need good lifting partners and good work together with people from all different walks of life, of all different values, we sharpen another as iron is iron... But we must not forget the value that comes by starting with ourselves first - through hard work. Symbolic to the set - the best way to win the challenge is divided into many workloads. Life gives us all many test. Sometimes it may be an AMRAP set, or maybe a light walks on the treadmill or outside to slow down and think about life. The reality is we are all better at one thing and sometimes not as good at another, but hard work overcomes and our shortcomings become strengths. This is only possible when iron sharpens iron, and from with it the alloys are formed, humans in alliance and agreement that we must bring out the best of each other.
Thank you for the long comment. That was very philosophical and I agree.
Legend man. Legend.
Thanks, I appreciate it!
