How to Crochet the Herringbone Double Crochet Stitch
The written pattwrn is not working up right for me, and this isnt my first time with a written pattern. Whats going on?
Hi, you can try emailing me from the website. I'll see if I can try to help.
Soooo cute
Actually I was going to ask you to do a tutorial. But the title of yours is how to crochet a black cat. And there is no tutorial so please don't make one because apparently you don't know how to make one because you said you weren't going to show us how to make one
Thank you soo much❤
Like it that magic ring so much. So far, this is the most simple and easiest way to make the magic ring. The written instructions you made in your video was very clear too. I almost gave up with this gummy bear until I found your video. Thank you so much, gonna start with my gummy bear😃.
Super cute and I made 2. However, round 3 the written part doesn't say to sc in the last stitch. This should be updated in the blog and video. And not sure why in round 4 after the first bbl there's a sc and the 2nd bbl only has an increase and is not followed by a sc. Not sure why.
I don't specifically write out to sc in the last stitch because you're technically working in a spiral and all of the stitches should be worked in unless it says to skip. As for the increase after the second bbl, I just had to work in the math..
@@onceuponacheerio gotcha, thank you! I wasn't sure why one had a sc inc and the other didn't. I still think the words on the video should say sc in last stitch. :) would be helpful. But love these. I am obsessed and made 4 now. thank you!
I got it!! Thank you. I struggled only because I can’t seem to count!?!? ❤
I don't understand the part of attaching the legs to the body, I don't know wich side of the body is the front or back
Thank you for sharing! Learned so many new things so clearly explained❤
😻 promo sm
Any one gonna talk about how she went from round 9 to 11
What do you mean? Round 10 starts at 17:01
What size hook are you using
I used a 4.0mm crochet hook 😊
Прелесть малыш чудо❤!
I think this is my favorite new pattern 😂😂 ima have a room full of gummy bears 😂😂❤❤ tyy
Why did you put sc inc to mean just inc? Never seen anyone write it like that before, I had to redo rows 1-3 3 times before I realised what I was doing wrong
Because sometimes there's "hdc inc" and "dc inc". This is just one way of noting what kind of increase the pattern requests for. Sorry you're unfamiliar with the term, but I have listed all the abbreviations I use in the description.
Tried several with no success. This one worked perfectly 😊 thank you
Do you use this stitch when you’re making your Oh Snap! Bucket hat?
Yes! Not initially but I did in the bucket hats I made later on.
I'm making this pattern rn and I love it so far! super cute! though it is a good test of my patientce since sometimes I have to recount or start over at a certaint row or piece. I do get a big kick out of managing to create something with difficult yarn like this! hope to see you create a totoro or ponyo arigumi someday! I would love to make those <3 love how easy the pattern is to read.
Great video! However, I noticed that the left ear is backwards. Is there a way to make it facing forward? The video has the left ear backwards too.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "backwards"... If you'd like, you can send me an email to troubleshoot.
I see that too.
Omg thank you so much! This was so easy to follow! I also learned how to use a stitch marker from this too!!!
I don’t understand why I can only do a [sc, sc Dec, sc] x 3 and not 6
Keep in mind that "sc dec" is a single crochet decrease, not a single crochet and then a single crochet decrease.
Yeah this caught me out too. Very confusing wording.
This is literally the only one I could follow. Thank you!
Thank you so much!!!
she made the crocheting look so simple 🥲 meanwhile I've been fighting for my life to get the damn leaves stay up and look smooth 😭😭 thank you for the video, tough
Nice way thanks 💐 I want ask about the music it's so familiar 😅 from a game maybe . Thanks again
It's from I Love Coffee :P
omg the I Love Cafe music!! <3
thank you so much!!!💞💞
OMG TOO FAST
You can slow down the video using TH-cam settings
Yeah, and also you can pause it if you need it. Awsome and straightforward pattern!🎉
i'm still a beginner so i'm not familiar with all the abbreviations, but your angles are very clear & you made it easy to follow along :) thank you
What yarn are you using in this video?
I'm using Michael's Loops and Threads' Impeccable yarn :)
I’m just starting to crochet, I personally didn’t understand and the whole hour wasted in vain
It's so 🆒! I just ❤ed it!!!❤❤❤
Can I do it with fluffy wool please ?
You can try. You'll likely have to change the hook size. Let me know how it turns out!
@@onceuponacheerio thank you ! I will tell you ☺
i decided to make this for my friend who has orange hair xD but then i made one for my bag and its so cute so now im making a third one for her bag too lmao
ooo this is so cute
Sorry but this tutorial was horrible I couldn’t see anything of what you did bc it was so bad and you really need to get better at filming because this was the baddest tutorial I have even seen and you are just horrible at filming😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Awesome, this turned out soooo cute and was easy to understand as a crochet intermediate 😍 You show really well where you stitch - thanks for sharing ! ❤
I saw this in a local online shop and i thought to myself “why dont i just make this?” Now im here lol
The fact I used a loom bracelet band mover instead of a crochet hook combined with my complete and udder stupidity made this fully impossible for me. Amazing tutorial tho! After a couple tries I was able to make the first line with the 8 stitches but after that was a mess. Will try again!
Very cute! what does "inc" mean? Increase? Does that mean just to do additional dc's? until we have to go back to hdc and sc?
Inc means an increase. So you make 2 of the same stitch in one stitch.
Could you maybe do another video but with your left hand? Also, instead of just a run through I think a tutorial would be best where you explain it step by step. Thanks!!
I can try
Love the tutorial, thank you for sharing it with us! I had to make some adjustments for my sprouts, because the leaves kept turning out very floppy and they would not stand up at all. Could be because I use cotton yarn. This is what I changed: instead of chaining 9 to start the second leaf, I chain 8 so there is no middle chains between the leaves. And then, to fit my headphones I chained only 20 chains instead of 25 and slip stitched at 10 chains. Now they are a perfect fit!
Thank you for sharing your adjustments!
I'm definitely going to try this but first I'll find out all the full forms😂 I only know sc-single crochet😬
🌴🌴🌴🌴
This was my third crochet project and ngl it was rlly easy to do ik the video was rlly fats but if u slowit down to like 0.25 or 0.5 that would to be great cause i did the same and it turned out soo cute I'm obsessed i gave it to my sister and now I'm gonna make another for my brother
💐💐💐💐💐
Please tell me the name of this song I love it !!!!
The song is from a game called I Love Coffee
This video is so hard to see 😭 I don’t understand it’s all blurring
🎉🎉🎉🎉
I give up
Great tutorial, easy to follow for a beginner like me. Perfect for my headphones!
