As a boy I liked the Hollies and couldn’t understand why Graham Nash left the band; then I heard CSNY and it all became clear. One of the greatest bands of the late sixties and early seventies.

So many memories of Corpus Christi and Houston TSU ...beautiful music...

Memory is s bit fuzzy now but I think I was at the Fillmore Auditorium every time Buffalo Springfield played there in their short existence. Saw a lot of other good groups on those same nights, including Hourglass, which later became the Allman Brothers. It would be interesting to know for sure who played what on the studio versions of Bluebird. My guess is that Stills did most of the heavy lifting.
