Make sure you guys look into whether they make you sign a "non-compete" contract form, and most of these companies aren't going to allow someone fresh out of CDL school with no OTR experience, but there may be some out there that will, im still digging

@@jondawson7148 that’s a good idea but it ain’t as bad as you think. It has baffles so it’s not just one big tank of liquid moving. It has compartments
How much does a driver makes?
@@dtaylor224 depends what you hauling how much experience things like that. But I’d say starting pay is like 80k a year to 120k max

And I was talking about other companies that accept individuals with no tanker experience. It may not be the best but it’s to you get your foot in the door to be able to get that experience

Idr but you do how ever many hours you wanna do but they pay by load but like 1200 a week the pay was alright

It ain’t hard bro ! Only Tarping has been the most challenging it takes a bit more time but once you do it for a while it’s get better. Chains too at first but after a while you’d prefer chains

@@TheMoeeShow all the research I’ve done hourly is the way to go. I got offered a position at 24 an hour starting out with no experience.

At times when they dont really need people they would say they require someone with experience. Just so when they open up a spot they review and would go with the person with experience first most likely

I worked weekends. It was an extra 100 just for working the weekend. But its kinda of hard to be a fuel hauler and get the weekends off. Unless you've been with the company for a while.
